October 14th, 2010 - Winter Wolves, developers of several award-winning dating sim and visual novels, has announced the Apple App Store release of The Flower Shop - Summer in Fairbrook, a port of one of their most successful titles, made in collaboration with vNovel.
The game tells the story of Steve, a bored college student with no motivation, no direction, and now...no girlfriend. When his dad sends him to a farm for the summer to "build character", Steve knows it'll be the worst summer ever. But the girls of Fairbrook just might change his mind...and maybe even his life.
The game features beautiful anime-style artwork, visual novel gameplay with multiple choices and several different possible outcomes.
The iPhone version plays in pure storybook mode, free of the farming simulation, shop, and weekly scheduler available in the desktop version. Players will be able to reach several endings by making important decisions at various plot points in the narration.
