Snowboarding TnT Relaunches on iPhone App Stor
Austin, TX - December 3, 2009
Super Happy Fun Fun, creators of the smash hit iPhone game Big Buck Hunter Pro, along with partner TiltnTwist LLC, announce the release of an upgraded edition of Snowboarding TnT for the iPhone and iPod touch. Snowboarding TnT is a fast-moving, downhill challenge that lets players tilt and twist their iPhones to control the downhill action, avoid obstacles and perform whacked-out tricks. Gamers can race against the clock as they maneuver through slalom gates and jumps to earn points and unlock new tracks. Players can also perform over 30 airborne tricks and maneuvers to boost their scores.
Just in time for winter, Snowboarding TnT includes several enhancements to the original game, including improved controls, new music and upgrades to pre-existing courses, all specifically designed to maximize fun and challenging gameplay on the iPhone platform. The expanded edition of the game features an all-new course checkpoint system, in-game tutorials and brand new “Black Diamond” course, Tornado Alley.
“We’re taking the groundbreaking original Snowboarding TnT to new heights by improving the maneuverability and trick performance systems that only the iPhone’s accelerometer can deliver,” said Mark Stephen Pierce, CEO at Super Happy Fun Fun. “We’re enhancing this exciting game and adding several cool gameplay elements that will appeal to snowboarding fans and casual iPhone/iPod touch gamers.”
Pierce continues, “This is the first step in applying our iPhone product strategy of high quality, compelling and accessible games to this title. Beyond this release we are continuing development on the franchise and will be releasing additional tracks and features in the very near future.”
Players take on the role of one of two expert snowboarders, Markus and Brooke, to meet the challenge of the seven unlockable tracks. Players gain points by shredding their way to the top of the leaderboards as they successfully complete downhill runs while simultaneously performing tricks, avoiding obstacles and gaining power ups along the way. The game is playable in English, Spanish, French, Italian or German.

For a limited time only, Snowboarding TnT is now available on the App Store for an introductory price of $0.99. You can download the game at itms://itunes.apple.com/us/app/snowboarding-tnt/id341417475

About TiltnTwist, LLC
TiltnTwist, founded in 2007 by Robert Goodale and Trev Huxley, develops gesture-based mobile phone video games. TiltnTwist is committed to expanding the availability of gesture-controlled games from the iPhone to pretty much every type of mobile handset on the market. The company believes that the power of gesture-controlled games on mobile devices is two-fold: the technology precludes the need for players to bother with the inconvenience and hassle of controlling action via small buttons on handsets; and it greatly enhances the “fun factor” by adding hand movements into the dynamics of game play. The New York-based studio released its first mobile titles in November 2008, including Zhu Zhu Pets, DropZone and the soon to be released Don’t Wake the Wife.
