RED LION INTERACTIVE SWEETENS OPERATION BY PARTNERING WITH LIBERTY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, LLC

Los Angeles, Calif., (August, 2009) – Red Lion Interactive has secured an agreement with Liberty Distribution Company, LLC to bring candy, sweets and other impulse items to the video gaming community. The agreement gives Red Lion exclusive distribution rights to deliver a wide variety of snack products to its roster of retail clients, including Play N Trade and many others.

Liberty Distribution specializes in the distribution of candy, snacks and impulse items to traditionally non-food retailers. The agreement with Red Lion furthers the company’s reach by providing immediate access to video game retailers around the country.

Red Lion will offer a vast array of candy and snack items to choose from either as stand alone items, counter top displays or customized point-of-purchase displays depending on the individual need of each retail partner.
