ACTIVISION UNVEILS UNIQUE EDITION OF BAKUGAN BATTLE BRAWLERS VIDEO GAME, AVAILABLE ONLY AT TOYS"R"US STORES WORLDWIDE

WAYNE, NJ (July 29, 2009) – Today, Toys“R”Us announced that customers who purchase Activision Publishing’s (Nasdaq: ATVI) Bakugan Battle Brawlers video game for Wii™ or Nintendo DS™ in any Toys“R”Us store in the world will receive a unique edition of the game when it is released on October 20. Featuring two exclusive in-game characters, this version of the highly-anticipated video game is now available for pre-order at Toys“R”Us stores in the United States with a $5 deposit.

The characters featured in the exclusive Toys“R”Us edition are:
• Manion, a mysterious sphinx with golden armor protecting his head, back and forearms. Due to his huge wingspan, he can attack from above. Additionally, his sharp claws can tear at his enemies.
• Ravenoid, a humanoid looking Bakugan totally covered in armor, can use his large wings to swoop down upon his opponents in battle. His large, clawed feet can also squeeze victims in an unyielding vice.

Fans can begin pre-ordering the Bakugan Battle Brawlers video game today in Toys“R”Us stores nationwide or online at Toysrus.com. Bakugan Battle Brawlers will be released for Wii™, Nintendo DS™, Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, and PLAYSTATION® 3 and PlayStation® 2 computer entertainment systems on October 20, 2009.
