METIN 2 leads you into an eastern fantasy world. Become a master of martial arts and fight as ally of the Dragon God against the dark influence of the Metin Stones, which are poisoning the land. Fight in wild battles for one of the three empires, conquer their land and possessions or reunite them and become the new Emperor of the land. Your destiny is in your hands!

Story
In earlier days the entire continent was united as a single Empire. Its population lived peacefully and in cooperation with the Imperial authority.
But one day a threat rained from the sky, in form of a huge Metin Stone.
The impact of the stone not only changed the geography and climate of the continent, but animals fell under its control. They became killing creatures and were turned through mutation into cruel and ugly monsters. Many people were killed by a deadly disease and returned after their death as gory undead, which now wander over the punished continent.
The resulting chaos caused the dissolution of the former empire and the foundation of three smaller empires at the edges of the continent, which are enemies to this very day. In the center of the continent, where the Metin Stone fell, there now resides the most terrifying of creatures, but there are still smaller Stones falling from the sky.
The horrifying fact is, that the power of the Metin Stone seems to be increasing, as if it first had to regenerate after the impact. This new power has forced the Dragon God to personally appear on the continent to try to halt the Metin Stone's growing mastery of his land.

Become an ally of the Dragon God and defeat the power of the Metin Stone. Stop the destruction of the continent and reunite the it under your leadership.

Move through realistic villages in the far east and let the atmosphere of the Asian warriors take hold of your mind. In the near future you not only will fight with sword and bow, but you will also have the ability to use the refined way of the Bells and Fans.
Intelligent monsters will attack you in groups.
You can inflict heavy wounds to multiple enemies at once. But be careful: When one monster is defeated, the others will not leave you alone. You must be especially wary in areas around the Metin Stones!
Create or become a member of a powerful guild and take complete control your empire.
As a member of a guild the results of your Guild Fights will have effects on both every guild member and the guild itself. You must fight to gain possession of one of the rare strongholds. As your guild´s might rises, you will get the chance to use Non-Player-Characters in your stronghold and train them to be more effective.
Fight other empires in the middle of the continent.
In hand-to-hand combat you will fight against other players from different empires for the domination of the continent. The victorious empire gains possession of money and land. You will gain Glory and
Honor, as well as, earn a higher military ranking and lead other guild members in future fights.
Experienced warriors ride into battle!
As a reward for the successful completion of tasks you will earn a horse. While riding you will move much faster over the continent and gain advantages in battles.
There are many river, lake, and seashore locations for fishing.
As your fishing skill increases, you will be able to fish for increasingly valuable things. You can brew potions from the things you fish, for the regeneration of health and spell power. Your results will depend on your skill level, fishing rod, and the bait you use.
Crafting and many other tasks will entertain you.
As your crafting skill increases, you will be able to upgrade your items in many ways.
Tasks will teach you how the game works and you will be challenged in difficult fighting tests.
