In addition to the opening cup, ESL organizes two more tournament series: The ESL Cup Series (December 5th – January 20th) and the ESL Shoot Outs, carried out every month (December 2007 – May 2008). Winners of the tournaments will obtain strictly limited Microsoft SideWinder mice with Painkiller Overdose branding and a high end graphics card made by Sapphire. Overall, the ESL introduces Painkiller Overdose with prizes totalling ove r 1,500 Euro.

"The ESL is home to over 730,000 members – hence it is the perfect eSport community to introduce a new game to the scene. JoWooD Productions will release Painkiller Overdose on November 29th 2007.
