August 10, 2007 - The release date of Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures, an upcoming massively-multiplayer online PC game, has been pushed back until March 2008, developer Funcom said Friday.The head-lopping MMO was previously scheduled to go live sometime this year, but Funcom said in a statement that the development team needs more time to polish the game."We naturally regret that we have to push back 'Age of Conan'. However, after careful consideration, and analysis of recent beta feedback, we believe that the new release date is in the best interest of  the gamers, our company and our owners," said Trond Arne Aas, CEO of Funcom. A version of Age of Conan is also planned for the Xbox 360, but Funcom and publisher Eidos didn't mention the proposed console version of the game in their Friday statement.
