Treacherous online multiplayer mode.    Overview * Rough Storyline: After the tragic death of his son, Kane leaves his family and becomes a member of The 7 – an elite mercenary group. After years of being at the top of their game, a mission in Venezuela goes terribly wrong. Kane escapes with the loot as the only survivor, but is caught and sentenced to death. But not all of The 7 did die. They want the loot back and they want to deliver the punishment due to a traitor - death to him and his family. Kane is busted out of the prison van and offered a deal by The 7. His wife and daughter will be spared if he returns the loot. He will still be killed. Lynch, a medicated psychopath sentenced to death for the murder of his wife, is busted out of prison with Kane to be his watchdog and make sure he fulfils the deal. Kane - an experienced mercenary with everything to lose, and Lynch - an unpredictable psychopath with everything to gain, are thrown together in an intense, volatile alliance. No means are too harsh as they fight to save Kane's family and take revenge on The 7, hating each other every step of the way. Campaign The player will take the role of Kane during the game (Lynch is controlled by the AI, or by a second player in co-op mode). The game includes a split screen co-op mode. Gameplay uses the element of squad-based combat; squad members can be told to follow the player, move to and defend a position, and to attack specific targets. Gameplay is largely based around armed combat. Players can swap weapons (pistols, shotguns, SMGs, and rifles) with allies and fallen enemies. Cover is used by approaching the corner of a wall or large object, and once in cover, players can step out and aim at opponents or fire blindly while only minimally exposing themselves to damage. In addition to firearms, the game contains fragmentation, incendiary, tear gas and smoke grenades. Fragile Alliance Fragile Alliance is the game's only online multiplayer mode, in which the goal is to finish a several round match with the most money. Each round begins with all of the players as armed, balaclava-clad robbers (the two highest-ranked players in the world will play as Kane and Lynch themselves) on one team with the goal of looting as much money or as many valuables as possible. Money can be picked up by standing near a white dollar symbol; the symbol will change to a gray color as that source of money gradually empties.Money can be used to buy better firearms and armour,there are three types of weapon packs:normal,heavy and special. Resistance is met in the form of armed AI controlled security guards and/or police officers. A player's money acts as a shield, but will quickly be dropped on the ground as the player is injured. To escape the level, a player must survive to meet a getaway vehicle. All players who survive without turning on their allies will split stolen money evenly. If a player is killed, they will respawn as a police officer with the goal of stopping their former allies from escaping. Any loot that the robbers drop can be picked up by a police officer for a 10% finders fee. If a player who has become a police officer is killed, they do not respawn and will only be able to observe for the rest of that round. Police officers do not split their loot with other players. However, players are able to kill one or more of their allies, and in doing so will be labeled as a traitor. Traitors do not get a share of the rest of the team's loot but get to keep all of the money that they stole themselves; this enables players who have taken a large amount of money to score more points. Their normally white player name will turn orange, and they can not conceal their name as usual by crouching. Traitors can be killed by their betrayed allies for a reward which is not split with the rest of the team. When a player who is killed by a traitor becomes a police officer, they will be able to earn a revenge bonus for killing that traitor. When the round ends, a traitor becomes a normal member of the team again, though they will appear in a black shirt for the immediately following round. A player's appearance in the game is influenced by their trueskill rank. Unlike Kane and Lynch's campaign mode, players can not sprint by clicking the left thumb stick. If a player feels they have taken enough money to become a target for potential traitors, they can drop some of their money by pressing a button (thus becoming less of a scoring threat.)  * Game Info: Best known for his edgy electronic and epic choral/orchestral scores for the multi-million selling Hitman series, Jesper Kyd's unique fusion of cinematic scoring techniques and minimalist electronic music for Hitman: Contracts won Best Original Music at the BAFTA Games Awards and his stylish hybrid score for Hitman: Blood Money was awarded Best Original Score by IGN and nominated for Best Original Video Game Score at the MTV Video Music Awards. His other collaborations with IO Interactive include Hitman: Codename 47, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin and Freedom Fighters, which received GameSpot's Special Achievement Award for Best Original Music.

Left 4 Dead (L4D) is a new action title from Valve, creators of the Counter-Strike and Half-Life games, and promises to redefine the co-operative genre as those titles did for multiplayer and single player action games. Set in a modern day survival-horror universe, the co-operative gameplay of L4D casts four “Survivors” in an epic struggle against hordes of swarming zombies and terrifying “Boss Infected” mutants.       Valve’s next generation AI technology, allows for games of 1 to 8 players. Players can play as a Survivor or as one of four types of “Boss Infected,” each of whom possess a unique mutant ability such as a 50-foot tongue lasso or a giant belly full of explosive methane gas.   The gameplay takes place across four massive campaigns. The “zombie” population of each mission is choreographed by an “AI Director” that monitors the human players’ actions and creates a unique and dramatic experience for them on the fly.
