WoW Priest vs. Warlock

Which is better, Shadow priest or Warlock? I'm trying to decide what my new char is gonna be and i've come down to casters and down to lock and priest and the only fun I would get out of a priest is if it is shadow and locks are just all around awesome from DPS to minions. Which one would be better and more fun to play?

Depends on how you play, but i like the warlock a little better. alought the (Damage per second) a priest can do in shadow is more so then shadow damage a warlock can do for the most part

I raped with warlocks... i just never seem 2 be able to handle my pets they always turn on me lol! and i got a vengeful gladiator geared priest... never have one of my raid-mates died =D i tend 2 run out of mana when doing illidan tho and someone else has 2 take over for a while...

Warlock if you just want to be sitting "down" Fear a bit, DOT a bit but not being the primary target, Priest if you wanna be the primary healer (mostly) and always have to be on your toes cuz if you overheal you are in big torubles, it always depends on the kinda gamer....

i've been a lock... I really got bored with the pets... it's using ever the same one.. i managed to reach lvl 19, by then i was so bored.. I started with a hunter! FTW! :P

if ur down to casters why not a mage??? shadow priests arnt much good till shadow form and people want you to be a healer. warlocks are fun some times but i find them rather boring if ur alliance make ur self a gnome mage and have a blast. but id say priest over lock

Mage are "god" of pvp if your really pro, then locks and priest for casters either 3 depends

DRUIDS FOR HEALS FTW!!!!! warlock is gunna put out more dmg if u know what ur doin just DOT everthing not on ur team and u got the most dmg in the world some warlock had 45k dmg in under 10 minutes ina wsg and in groups warlocks have soul stone incase u wipe u cna soul stone ur healer
