Well, the best evidence for this event that happened would be if you had recorded a demo of the entire thing as it happens, or a demo of you opening up console, then scrolling up the console to show the text as it appeared, that way it will be undeniable that you had a chance to "doctor" anything.

Screen shots are also good evidence, although they are not as trust worthy as the demos, for obvious reasons that veteran Photochoppers can "doctor" the texts if they were genuinely good with PS.

Lastly, if you can provide a time frame for when this happened, I'm sure one of the staff members can go through the log on that server to see what all was said. It takes a long time and is a pain, but hey, if this guy really did say all those things, I personally vote him to be perm banned from that server for the disrespect and racist comments that he wrote. Shoot, for being as racist as he is, I think he should be put on the GBL.

You know...this patios guy sounds a lot like this other guy who used to play in the assaults a lot. He would spam racist remarks about white people constantly calling them "white trash" and other things...I don't know he sounds a lot like this guy name NOFX who I believe I got banned for being an overall idiot. I don't know if it is the same guy but he certainly sounds like it.

hey everyone, this incident has just come to my attention, it is a spawnpoint issue true, but also an issue with our member, I hope he hasn't tainted the BAMF name to much already, but we wont tolerate this behaviour in BAMF, just as it should not be tolerated in the servers. For that reason, thank you construct for mentioning it here so I am also able to take action.

i just got off right before that, i havnt seen a bamf patios before, but ive seen a patios. or something along those lines multiple times, thats fairly good, and fairly quiet, never heard a peep out of him O>O
if its the same guy i woudlnt see any reason for him to do that unless an incident was caused, or a wronglly taken remark O>O u guys need either

Not too concerned about getting him banned... according to one of the [BAMF] members he was just given the boot for some of his actions. Maybe he'll realize that the kind of stuff he said was immature and inappropriate since he got kicked out of a clan for it, and not repeat it again. Either way, on the grand scheme of things it's no big deal to me, and most of his stuff was directed at me anyways.

Yeah, last night I saw him in 108.4 and I think he might even have came into 174.5 for a little bit, and he was definitely not wearing the BAMF tag for sure.
