In the future you should start a “New” thread with your question as opposed to hijacking another’s. Often times that is frowned upon.

Having said that, use the like below to chose the desired signature bar you like.

Then I would try using a web hosting site like: Photobucket, imageshack.us, www.aquaupload.com, or similar web hosting site to reduce the size of your image, you'll need to make an account at Photobucket and there would be options you can pick, like the resolution, size, etc.

This was the advise I was given when asking a similar question to yours and it worked fine. I now have the signature bar
