Previous posting shortcut?

everytime i post on here, i like to see what people say after i responded to a post, is there a quick and easy way to:

- see where all your previous posts were

- go straight to the threads where you last posted

just some way around instead of checking all the pages and threads figuring out "did i post in here", there's gotta be an easier way

If you click on your name within any thread, a menu will pop up with an option that says "Find all posts by cyrix". This will give you a list of your posting starting with the most recent.
