im not exactly a n00b at css, but i am one here! i was just wondering if there wer any kind of payments at all to become an admin. i've been playing css for a while and iv always wanted to be one! i found out that i should come here, spawnpoint.com, and so i did! i read the admin for dummbies thing and it didnt say anything for payments! so if u could help, thx!
