ok well i aplied for admin and i go ok im 13[:@] and right from there i was screwed.....13........everyone thinks im imature for admin cuz of my age i dont relley think its the age gosh i coulda said i was 21 if i wanted to but i decided to tell the truth i mean wats wrong with that i just dont get it im not a noob 13 year old im mature ( from wat my friends say) and i think i am to soo here it goes i applied and bam i get denied cuz of my age id like to say i am not an admin that would abuse hell u could over wach me I hate admin abuseres all i wanted was u know to be admin to help with hackers TK ayers and anything else i could do and in my faviorit server soo it be like fricken awsome and since i hardly ever see admins in there ( unles there like fucken stealth and hide ) i was like ok i should help out i mean ive seen like 5 hackers come in and out and no ban sooooo........ im like ok let sighn up and i just dont get why u discrimanate by age ok i understand im small cuz im 13 but im like adicted to css and its fricken awsome soo id like to have admin i hope u change ur mind with this cuz i think its unfair to some peaple that arent like 17 18 and like if there like me ( mature ) u know i think yall should give them a chance (hope u change ur mind ) ohh and if u did put me as admin and letsay i did somethin wrong u could take it my admin away i would understand after all i wouldnt want an admin that makes mastakes ( wich i probebly wont).....

1) Please find the "return/Enter" key on your keyboard, because I can't understand what you are typing, and as your admin application looked like this, it didn't help...

2) Show us that you are MATURE. You applied for admin, the answer was "no", well show us that you understand why, and keep on sending demos of hackers, reporting abusive/offensive players to us or to the regular admins on this server. Make relevant post on this forum, and maybe we will notice that you are a mature guy and change our mind about you.
Your application has been denied by the spawnpoint..com STAFF, in no way coming on this forum and pestering about the staff and our reasons will help you !

First impression is lasting impression. Consider your admin request as a job application. When you are asking/requesting something, you certainly need to give the best and foremost impression of your maturity and experience. Once you start off on the wrong foot it is difficult to reverse initial impressions.

I think there is a lack of professionalism on the internet that I have learned to exploit, in a good way. Certainly, applying for a real job online would promt anyone to put together a well written application, references, examples of work. However, with volunteer positions, poeple think it's OK to say, "Hey dawg i wuld make teh most best admin evaR!!!!!1111." So, when 99% of the people talk like that, and I send in something nice as an application, the boss, manager, or director is blown away.

Some admins are soo childish, I was on a server me and my friend where rapeing the server 50 and 5 and my friend gets banned I ask the admin he accuses my friend of aimbotting JUST because he was rapeing the admin with a 226 and a knife. This is a good example of how you would probly act if you where on a server with good players and you where admin. you would most likely ban every one that headshoted you. Grow up abit mature and apply for admin and make sure you spell everything correct dont use "1337" language proper english always helps
