Sorry I have not been able to tell, do spawnpoint servers keep ranking stats forever? I have a very good score on a zombie mod server, but I have been stuck at 40th place for days. I assumed this means that the scoresare static, and not cleared every month like on some servers.

Spawnpoint servers should have their stats re-set every 3 months.

Although there are some that do not come under this (phxx ones for instance)

OK that makes sense now, I was just curious becuase if I couldn't get from 40 to 39 place with my scores, number one must have had an out-of-this-world record.

If you do not play in a server for two weeks (i believe) your ranks will be reset by themmselves.

You can always ask an admin to reset your rank.

I'm pretty sure regular admins can't reset ranks. I don't think senior admin can either, at least I can't.

Your quite right phil that was one of the commands that that was removed from the guest admins. We cannot reset individual ranks or the server ranks now.
Which is a shame because we are asked by many of our regular players to reset their ranks.
I have been pointing them in your and skydavos direction thinking that you could still do it. I wont be doing that anymore[8D]

Mani has build "Reset all Ranks" and "Reset Rank" into the same client flag. We were forced to remove that flag because admins kept reseting the entire servers rank on a regular basis.

No resolution at this point until Mani fixes it, and divides that access between multiple flags.

Sorry everyone - but SpawnPoint needs to keep server ranks in place to remain a great place to play - and we can't risk "accidents"

What was the purpose of having admins remove/reset ranks anyway?

Not sure... maybe people wanting to wipe out their records of getting owned, to start over

Anyway, Christensen - it doesn't happen anymore... I believe most servers keep their ranks for at least 3 months, and eventually get reset. Admins don't reset ranks anymore for individuals.

btw raven ..! i always plays on uk spawnpoint assault! i want to be a admin bequase there are no admins each day evry day they have tk ta and i hate that the question is can i be a admin on that serfer?
