I haven't done any modding as of late. But I use 3.40 OAE.

I have N64, PSX, GB, GBA, and other homebrew games on it.

My PSP looks tight though, I recently put 2 blue LEDS into my PSP so now they light up the L and R buttons.

Yea i modded my PSP with the 3.77 custom firmware, its so much better than the firmware that sony provide.

Its really easy to install/remove videos, games, themese, pics and mp3's.

I only have a 1Gb memory stick so all my PSP games are on my computer waiting to be transferred as and when, id recommend anybody install custom firmware for there PSP's. But plz understand the risks while doin so.

Yes, I forgot to mention. If you brick your PSP (kill it basically) your warrenty will be voided and you can not get your money back much like the iPhone.

I have two 4-gig memory cards to store all my games.

lol i just put m33 3.90-3 on as well. its awesome.

Bricking your PSP is easily fixed now a days. just get a mate, or anothe3r PSP, make a pandora battery and your away. i decided to keep my secondary battery permanently pandorad so i could expirement with crazy homebrew software.

Dark Alex (of team m33) started making a small linux pilot program to work on PSP. can't wait to give it a go. its funny people look at me with my PSP. playing FFvii for psx on it and are like wtf?

I bought a 2gb stick so that i could download big games like god of war, ffvii-crisis core and stuff onto it.
Didnt think as many people would be into modding.

i seen the guide about fitting the blue LEDS but decided against it. as ive heard rumours that can be side effects like short battery life. not sure if its 100% but i didnt think it was worth the risk.

I have once brick my PSP. Then I had to cyckle 10 kilometers for my friend.
Then we unbricked it using pandora.

Peoples are wtf when you play game like god of war and then start play some other game without switchin umd. Test drive unlimited is good game, but lumines is the best. If you don't have it you should get it and test.

Where you have read that they are making linux system for psp? I was thinking if I change psp faceplants.

Well, all this talking about the PSP had to bring me to this thread. Today, my friend and I was searching on Ebay and saw this clear PSP case, front and back. He decided to order it so he can modify it. I also want to modify a PSP, when I get mine. Which is in 2 weeks. So, I know how to change the case and everything, but I need to know how to install LED lights and how to get it Sound Sensitive. That is what me and my friend is trying to do.

Just search for a tutorial online. It's not that hard, just be careful and follow the instructions precisely.
