Reporting a Problem

This forum is for reporting technical server issues. ----NOT HACKERS--- (There is another forum for that.)
Please insure you provide enough information. Always include a server IP address and server name.
We manage over 100+ Spawnpoint.com servers. We have many so please be patient. We appreciate any constructive feedback you may have.

Where would we go to report TKing and abuse of FF on 24/7 assault Tin Shack. There has been a lot of that over the past few days.

Take demos, type status in console an go there : clicky
You could write about that in the report in incident also. |

I'm gonna paste something that I posted 3 months ago.
Hi, I recently reinstalled 1.6 on my comp and found the spawnpoint servers (thanks to cpnichol) but I found a problem with this server.
69.90.208.7:27015 SPAWNPOINT - SCOUTZKNIVEZ (1.6)
When the map changes, it shuts down for about 5 minutes. (i never really timed it) and loses all the people that were playing on it (i once saw 13 people in it before the map change, and only 3 were there after it came back.)
I was wondering if that could get fixed, because thats a great server.

raven I don't think he's trying to be mean he's hinting at he's posted about the problem and so have others but nothing has been done. Bulldog I suggest pming chareon he should be able to help

lol, that would be the Server Tech Support Team.
I'll monitor the Scoutzknives server and the fy_iceworld server as that seems to have the same problem. Once I've got some more information I'll go bother the Tech Support people;).

hi im am posting this in reply with ur 2 kz servers. i kz there alot and when the map changes the server crashes and u have to wait to it starts back up but when it starts back up it goes to the map it was suppose to go to. i was just hoping u would be able to fix it cause i like ur kz servers.
