2. How do I submit a suspected cheater.?

Everyone is. Rhetorical question. You are not helpless against hackers on a server without an admin present. Just follow these simple steps.

1. enter spectate mode

2. open console and type "record <name>"

3. with console still open, type "sb_status", if that does nothing just type "status"

4. record long enough to prove the player is hacking

5. open console, type "stop"

6. go to you cstrike folder, zip the newly made demo file

7. email the demo to hacker@phxx.net (if the file is larger than 2 mb please utilize [link=http://www.simple-share.net/]www.simple-share.net[/link]

8. please keep a copy of the demo until we contact you.


If you follow this method, you will ensure that the hacker will be banned from the entire PHXX network, not just the server you caught him on.

6. What are your server admin and general rules.?


1. You must be a registered user of the PHXX.NET site. Your admin rights
will be granted by STEAM_ID, so make sure you provide the correct one when you
register.

They have a regimented way of recording demos for cheaters, learn it.

2. Above all Respect other admins, never talk or use any admin commands against them. Kicking or banning another admin may result in immediate rights removal with no refund.

3. If you have a serious problem with another admin DO NOT take it out on

4. If there is a problem with a player, watch them, warn them, then kick, then temp ban kick then perm ban kick if they continue. It is helpful if you post the reason, STEAM_ID and name of the player you ban. This will help keep a record of 'unwanted' or cheating players.

5. You will be solely responsible for learning how to use Mani Admin for SOURCE.

6. Some of the moderations we expect from you are cheaters, language, tk’ers, inappropriate name, racism, and anyone that may be interfering with the rest of the server having a good game.

7. Phxx.net public servers are subject to config changes or ip changes at
any given time.

8. Break any rules, and you're subject to losing admin rights, with no
refunds. If your caught giving god mode, or cheating, your rights will be revoked.

9. Post and moderate the forums for the server. Let players know why
