I would give out more rep, but it says I need to spread it around before giving it to the same people. I am not just to give it to random users just so I can give more out. Maybe they can alter that rule, but it needs to be there to avoid rep spamming. But I haven't been able to give rep in a month because it says pass rep around before giving it again to the same people. The same reason why my rep has been stuck at 10 for a month, because anyone that might want to give me rep has to "share" it first.
