I've supposedly uploaded the pic I want as my avatar numerous times, but it never shows up with my posts. It worked just fine on the old site, though. What's my problem?

I had the same prob as you when they reloaded the site.
Try diffrent combination.
there is two button upload my pic.
and one Enter the url of the pic.
try both of them and click Apply at each time.
Dont bother checking if u picture hae been upload or not in the profil page.
look directly in this topic by pressing F5.
It should take you a moment but it works for me so why you not ?

For some reason the file isnt uploading correctly, the image is *suposedly* located here:

but upon browsing to this image uri it redirects to the SP homepage which im guessing is default for 404 errors. Meaning the image isnt there.

If you can post the image as an attachment i can give it a go myself.

If you mean my forum sig, then: Smartie Pants. Thats cos i just moved host and i havent uploaded the images to it. So the URI to the image doesnt work.
