Can't apply for admin
Just to let you know, I can't apply for admin.
It says I have to be a member for 2 weeks to apply, and its been like that for awhile now. I use Firefox and also have tried IE but it says the same thing. Can you fix this? Thanks anyways for your time! =]]

lol. there have been many reports of this, and staff are trying to fix it. It also does not work for me so i feel your pain.

no, only to a few people, just like some people canpost in announcements and most cannot. Just a bug :/
