Macromedia flash player script

Anyone else getting a macromedia flash player script error that makes forums post slowwwwwwww? Says the player is running a script that will make your computer run slow and possibly become unresponsive. Have to click yes to quit running the script to view web pages. This has just started in the last day or 2.

um..., did u try to uninstall the MFP? or try to update the MFP orrr uninstall ur broswer, and i am usualy use IE 7 , and i never have this kind of problem.

My recommendation would be to uninstall and reinstall Flash Player. Theres a chance the install is slightly corrupt or something and that might cause the problem your experiencing.

That is good advice but now it is doing the exact same thing with adobe flash player saying the same thing. There is a script in the movie (what movie I don't know what they mean) that is causing adobe flash player to run slow, do you want to abort the script? I have to say yes to that one too now.....Labec..any ideas?

Evidently I can't edit in this thread....[:@]When I updated adobe, the message changed from macromedia flash play to adobe flash player. The same script is doing the same thing to different programs. I haven't changed my settings at all .......frustrating.
