Mic Chat In Demos

Can someone be so kind as to give me the command so that "mic chat" can be heard in demos?

I can't remember and need to set my new config up

voice_loopback 1 can hear your own voice
voice_loopback 0 can't

might want to bind command(s) to a key; I found it very hard to talk sometimes because of echo.
