Can anyone help me make a Cs1.6 Dedicated Death Server??

oh really thats sweet. I once made a source dedicated server but it only worked in Lan. I didn't want to bother with port forwarding it. I heard it causes too much lag.

You asked why your quake sounds weren't working? Have you downloaded the Quakes Sounds file from Mani's website? You are going to need that in order for them to work.

If you have, when you go in-game, type "settings" in chat and see if the "Quake sounds" option is set to "On". Try both those then post back here whether it worked or not.

YES, i did install quake pack.
i did the setting thing, nothing poped up.

Right now, I can think of nothing else other then you might have the quake sounds in the wrong folder or you have yet to extract them to your base directory.
