Admin Abuse 101

ey guys...I was on the SPawnpoint Server today 69.90.174.5:27015 and an admin was abusing his powers alot, Banning ppl for no reason..Kicking them etc.....this player goes by the name of "Iown noobs like me" There has been SEVERAL complaints about him being an ass to people like that and finally he pushed the wrong buttons on me and pissed me off.....I dont know as if that's the real name of his player or not, I've been told by different players that they think it is just an Alias. He's banned 3 people today 4/12/06 for no apparent reason and kicked NUMEROUS amount of people including me, He was mouthing off to me and then directly after kicked me...On top of that he was banning people for waiting to go in the Terriorists building at 1 minute and 30 seconds left.

As always demo the player and then send the demo. Don't forget to type status in the console. ma_users or amx_who would also be helpful, but not neccessary.

Based upon the way he was constantly hounding the ct's to get in the building long before time was in danger of running out, I am reasonably sure that it is Bullseye. He and punisher are famous for that, and punisher is no longer admin.

thatguy, I would recommend you start your own thread with your name at the titleand possibly your steam id. The admin respondsible will more easily find you this way, and your situation can be straightened out. As for warning a player for hacking, that will never happen. Certain things get warnings, but hacking does not. It is a one strike and your out situation, and if the hacker is warned, they may leave before being banned.

If you are not, and were not hacking, then I do not see the problem. Just follow my suggestion and start a new thread with all the relevant information you have regarding this situation. If you were indead hacking and that is the reason for your banning and outburst, then I am sorry. We would like to take you by your word that you will never hack again, but it is human nature to be deceptive, so we cannot take you by your word. But if you were truely falsely banned, then all of us here at Spawnpoint will be more than happy to do everything we can to straighten this situation out, and get you unbanned so you can play on the server again.

where do you get your info about it being human nature to be deceptive? Are you a doctor?
