Ok I have always respected PHXX, And Spawnpoint. Never treated noone with disrespect. I have serveral people to vouch for me on that, Kuper, Kenshin, oZ, Gatsu, Most of Da clan, and some from the x members of PWND and alot of players in SP spawnpoint servers, Ive been playin there for along time now. The disrespect showed to me today kinda makes me wander about the saying "To get respect you mush show respect" I was formally in DA, then I quit and joined DRF, I'm constally active on Da forums, I try my hardest to dedicate as much time to both clans as possible. A few weeks ago my account got hijacked, Kenshin and a few others were online when it happened, Kenshin was talkin to the guy that hijacked my account, Anyways next day i finally got it back, Changed my email to another email, and a few other things. Anyways Me and Tengauge12 Are Real life cousins. I was sitting here earlier looking for skins when i ran across a "Hack" It was called "Scripting Skins" So i downloaded the Program, All it had was a Script, I googled the script, Cause i always check for viruses anymore since i got my account Hijacked, Found out it was a triggerbot. So I thought it would be funny to send it to Tengauge and tell him that it would make his Gameplay and maps "Brighter" Well we was going to go to a surf map, And i figured it would be hillarous for him to be like "WTF" Then ask me about it, and then i was gonna tell him, And he would panic about his Steam account getting VAC Banned. Ya it might seem mean, But just a joke, Anyways after I got done sending him it, My fiance called, So i told him i would be back later, I had to pick my fiance up from work, and go to my moms cause i have to watch her house, and feed the cats since its her birthday weekend and she went to the state Kentucky. Well I got to my moms house, and John called me and explained he got banned from SP servers cause they said he was using a bot. Then i explained to him what happened, He got mad, But i told him i would talk to some PHXX members. See if I could do anything since I caused it. He told me he honestly didnt know it was a triggerbot. Untill he was afk and it kept shooting at people. By then it was too late, Ok anyways. Since this is my mom's computer, She dont have any games on it, its just used for the web, And she dont have a mic. Or steam. So i downloaded vent to talk to a PHXX member. Joined the spawnpoint server. First PHXX member i saw was PHXX Me, So i paged him, He said nothing, Then i paged, PHXX Bullet, Well he asked me "Tengauge isnt a cop because Hitman found out from wherever" Well my fiance is watching tv, My moms computer and the tv is about 3 feet apart, She told me to "turn down the speakers i cant hear the tv" So i turned down the speakers then Bullet said a smart comment "Are you typing a noval?" And i said "No my fiance was talking to me" And he said "Ya this is Tengauge" And i said "No" He assumed I was Tengauge, I told him to "Check the ip" But after i pushed enter in "Chat" He banned me and the reason being because i was Tengauge. Ok first off that was disrespectful, Bullet you had no right to straight up and ban me from Ventrilo, I was trying to talk to you and have a decent convo with you to explain what has happened.and You should have given me the chance to prove that I was who i say I am, Instead of Assuming that I'm Tengauge. So i went to DA oZ, and asked oZ to talk to bullet for me so i could get unbanned or, give me his Steam name so i can add him. Oz told me that Bullet said "brb" Then i asked kuper to try to get ahold of Bullet for me, So a few mins later, Kuper told me he asked Bullet to unban me, And Bullet Replied "No" And Banned him, Then i talked back to oZ, and oZ told me that bullet aint responding.
I Know what i did to Tengauge was mean, But it was just a prank. Shouldnt have happened. I apologized to him. That dont make it any better tho. I'm just trying to explain what happened. And I think that its wrong the way This situation was handled, I try talking to bullet, He banned me assuming that I was Tengauge, Then I Get 2 ppl to talk to bullet for me, Then 1 gets banned and he dont respond to the other one. I'm not trying to disrespect bullet, But The way you handled that problem was not in a respectable Manor.
That is why I brought this to the forums.

Ok first off that was disrespectful, Bullet you had no right to straight up and ban me from Ventrilo, I was trying to talk to you and have a decent convo with you to explain what has happened.

Bullet has every right to ban you from the Ventrilo - you are a guest. I was not there - but don't get your panties in a knot - the clans in the Ventrilo are a GUEST to the PHXX Clan. If he banned you cause he thought you were Tengauge12 - sorry about that. BTW: One of the guys you sent in to "talk to us" went off on me, and called me names; he won't be welcome back.

What I got from the above is:

1) You downloaded hacks
2) You sent the hacks to Tengauge12
3) Tengauge12 used the hacks
4) Tengauge12 got banned for using the hacks

Sounds about right - whats the issue here?

I'm not involved with the situation - but this post seems a bit silly. I'm sure the ACTF will have a respond for you. Bullet doesn't need to give you face time on a Anti-Cheat matter - if we did that, and let everyone get involved with each ACTF related dispute or "childish issue" - there would not be enough hours in the day.

Review this post, and get your game on.

Well I am apologizing for Kupers Reactions, That's not why I sent him in there.
Second of all, What you got from that post Ya basically thats it. But If you look at it from that point of view, There is a few you can view it from. But the hack was downloaded by accident, Was suppose to be a skin, I talked Tengauge into using this "Skin" That i didnt use. And therefore Causing him being banned, Not your problem, But fixing your statement, Cause your statement Sort of over exagerates a bit.
Your right I do see where It's a Childish issue.
But, What I'm saying It wasnt Tengauge's Fault.
I figured that he would have realized it and deleted the script.
Appearantly I was wrong.
I understand All clans from PHXX is guests.
Not sure who you are. Or which PHXX Clan member you are.
I accept your apology but feel as tho I should get an appology from Bullet for a incorrect assumption.
Ya he dont have to give me the time of day, He couldnt have easily said "This issue is done and over and wont be reopen again" Or something like that.

Regarding Tengauge12:

I understand that you are trying to reinforce the fact that he was "tricked" into installing "scripts" or "skins" - this doesn't matter. The account was used for hacking. Our policies are rigid when it comes to these matters.

Although my statement was straight to the point - its exactly how the ACTF views it. Remove all the drama; was the player hacking? Yes or No?

If the player was hacking, they are added to the GBL - they will not be removed for any reason, what-so-ever.

YOU got Tenguage12's account banned. That account will (most likely) stay banned on the Spawnpoint servers.

YOU buy him another account (Its a whole $10.00 from steam). Problem solved.

You and you "cuz" are full of crap and the biggest backstabbers on the planet. He showed me a steam friends chat where you admitted to him that you used cheats. When it turns "green", shoot......ring a bell? I knew exactly where he got the one he was using on OUR clan server. If tenguage truly didn't know that what he got from you was a cheat, then you are far worse than he is and OWE him another account. That is between you guys though. Regardless, any account that has 3rd party "atvantages" on it gets GBL'd without exception.
I don't believe that he is totally innocent either because how can you not know when your gun WILL FIRE ALL BY ITSELF! Tenguage said you admitted to him you hacked and you described it to Tenguage the other day. He copied and pasted it and sent it to me. I wish I had kept it, but I was working at catching you red-handed. You recognized me and left the server.....tenguage told me that too. Your "cuz" sold you down the river just like you did to him with the cheat you gave him. im not going to waste my time with recalling events from lastnight. tony is correct on his facts. so you want to hear it from an anti-cheat team member? i am the leader of anti-cheat hear it from me loud and clear,

1) You downloaded hacks(your a hacker)

3) Tengauge12 used the hacks(he is a hacker)
4) Tengauge12 got banned for using the hacks(he got caught hacking)


on top of that he admitted to using hacks before this one aswell as you and some of his new clan members.

after using my phone a friend, 50/50 and asking the audiance i have made my decision and it IS final. you both have been banned!!!!

ventrilo doesnt have your name on it! it does have ours however and that makes you a guest.if we as simple as dont ike the sound of your voice we can get rid of you in our vent server.

The only apology I need to make is this: I am sorry I didn't ban the BOTH OF YOU when I first suspected all this/was made aware of this. I have heard tengauge use the 'Cloudsword' username in OUR ventrillo server as well as two other tengauge-labled accounts...with him TALKING at the SAME TIME on all three.

You both are retarded for even thinking (which by now, already shows that you both weren't and are incapable of doing so) that you can get away with CHEATING on a SPAWNPOINT server....and then to have the gall to cheat on a [PHXX] Clan server, where half of the SPAWNPOINT.COM Anti Cheat Team is known to play...... and you call it a joke, I see it as an attempted slap in the face to our Team's (Team [PHXX] AND Anti Cheat Team) integrity, professionalism and morals....and I also include the Staff here at SPAWNPOINT.COM in this as well, as none of us are so blatantly moronic as you are trying to imply(that is how I am (using your phrase here) seeing this 'point of view'.).

Further more, I see your status like this: ALL ADMINS WHO READ THIS, IF YOU SEE God_like(or in Hitman's words, 'hack_like'), demo and get us (Community/Staff/Anti Cheat/[PHXX]) his STEAM_Id so that we may add him to our GBL.

I despise those that need to cheat in ANY ONLINE GAME....practice, determination and the want to have constant fun is what makes this game have such vast replay value. For anyone not affiliated with the above events, take this as such:

You cheat in our (SPAWNPOINT/[PHXX]) servers, and I promise you that you will be sought after, caught and globally banned from our entire network, as well as the appropriate demo submitted to VAC to try and keep you from ruining other people's fun!!!
