Banned for no reason....

I was playing on the [DA] 24/7 Assault server today and got banned carelessly around30 minutes ago. The admin who banned me is [Da] Kenshin.

What started the uproar was the fact that I killed three people in one round. I got three kills in a 45 second time span. I got the first kill by spraying like crazy, just holding the trigger forlike 4 seconds straight.The second kill caused controversy becuase I jumped and shot through a steel platform and got a headshot. People viewed this as an "aimbot jump". The third kill consised of 2 shots on the shoulder at around a 30 meter distance. I'm telling you this (hopefully the executive admin) because a server admin (former one myself)should be trained to detect hackers.I've noticed that dark neo was banned from Da as well. He doesn't hack. Neither do I.

I don't know if Kenshin rushed a decision or is just inexperienced. But any trained admin should realize that if an aimbot was truly used in no way would the player have to spray consecutivley for 4 seconds to get a headshot-less kill at a 10 meter distance (my first kill). Not to mention that I crouched for my third kill and if an aimbot was present it would've been a headshot 100% guranteed.

Kenshin wasn't present when I played that round, but I trusted him so much I actually told everyone else whoaccused meto call him and record me playing. After 2 rounds he came. I was glad because some order could be imposed, but the last thing I expected was for me to get banned.

I wouldn't call this admin abuse becuase I'm sure Kenshin isn't doing any hurt pueposely, but it sure is admin inexperience. Please don't sanction Kenshin in any way because of this. As an admin it happened to me once before, but I bring this up just for awareness' sake.

Actually I just was able to reconnect to Da like a minute ago. Looks like I'm not banned. But please consider a hacker training course for your admins. I just as well as you want Spawnpoint to be hacker free, and the first place that starts is always with user feedback.

The most any admins other than Spawnpoint support staff can ban you for is 24 hours. If they sent a demo in and you were hacking, you will be added to our global ban list. If you were not hacking or no demo was sent in, you will be able to play on that server after your 24 hours are up.
