We need proof that someone cheats before we will ban them so you need to record a demo, including status or sb_status, then send it to hacker@spawnpoint.com. See this link for a full guide on what to do:

What was the server name/ip?
And make sure you take a demo next time. Spawnpoint cannot ban anyone without a demo (include sb_status). Thanks for trying though
