SpawnPoint Newbie

Dirtybird, Stabby, andmyself all should have 'earned' your respect a LONG time ago. I know for a fact we've all played at 174.5 since at least March '06 (when i first bought the game). They chose to apply for admin, I did not, but you can damn well be sure that I could have gotten it easily over the summer, when there were none. I've been as good a regular could be there. Spawnpoint would not have hesitated to make me admin. If you deny that, then you're far away from what happens at your very own servers. There's never even been any complaints against DB or Stabby or myself until recently. Stabby should've even earned MORE respect after he stuck up for SP in a polite manner while me and his real life friend Dirty were trashing SP out of frustration during the NmE incident.
I guess it was December when problemsstarted occurring. Personally, I was frustrated at thecreation of new rules (still think your swear filterisa bit much) without any consent of any players. Then these rules were enforced by new admins whocouldn't even speak English. It was frustrating and I felt I was disrespected when Itried to consult toSP and their admins abouttheir new standards. I tried to communicate and was ignored. Out of frustration, I then went about it the wrong way. But you're right, run it how you want. Especially if you want to waste your money on me, instead of kids who areworse off than you and me . I guess I'm confused because why would you want to run it the way you want it run, when you don't even play there. Even Starlog and NmE only play there once in a blue moon. I guess I'm naive when I think that SP would actually care about what their gamers think about their servers. The other poster was right. Communication can solve anything. But from my experiences with SP, you all REFUSE to communicate. |

Bravo Stubbs -- Now THAT was a good message.
I still don't know what you did nor do I care. The fact is, communication is occuring again. We have over 100 'guest admins' to manage on a day to day basis and the fact is we have very narrow margin for error -- because we do not have time to put up with more. I am guessing you crossed that line. Take break - come back in two weeks and apply again. In the meantime - go frag.
