[Banned] Confusion between admin and me

Hello, first of all you have a wonderful Assault server, so addictive.
Thanks for serving it to the community of CSS.


Today morning whilst I was playing on your Assault Server (83.142.230.66:27015), the admin banned me. I think from his prospective it was the right thing to do but I have explanation for what did happen.

First of all there was this spray of Brad Pitt on the wall, I jokingly said Brad Pitt is gay, then the admin saw my message and perhaps wanted to have some fun so he said "I love Brad Pitt". Later, I died and the admin was still alive, I said "the admin is gay then" or something like that. Of course it is a joke, and i did not to insult anyone by it, you know how it feels when you're dead right at the beginning of the round, you need to spend three full minutes somehow. A member whose name I can't remember thought that I meant to insult the admin, so he copied my sentence ("the admin is gay then") and kept pasting it so the admin notices, eventually an admin read it and kicked me from the game.


I rejoined later, and of course, when you have been kicked, eyes are on you.
The same admin (I guess) was still playing. I chose CT and went on the roof right near the entrance of the vents. Now to finish from here I need to add this additional info:


I have an old wireless Microsoft mouse&keyboard that were included with my computer that I bought back in 2005, and lately they get kind of "stuck" at completely random times, for example I want to type a sentence and the time of getting stuck "arrives" then the keyboard presses the last letter I pressed for a couple seconds, e.g (I love Appppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp ppppppppppppppppppppppple).
You can still press other keys but that key will remain stuck.

back to my story on the vent, after standing there for a while I decided to enter but I was taking heavy fire so I decided to fall back, on my way back the backward key got stuck or the time "arrived" , as a result, I was unable to move back. Now the problem is that there was another CT in the vent and he was blocked. The admin at that time was dead I think and perhaps was spectating me, so he thought I blocked him intentionally and kicked me but also banned me this time. Especially after I typed "It won't move" so he thought I was doing it on purpose.


I really hope I can get unbanned as I have already started spamming everyone I know if they accept sharing their STEAM info because I play only on this Assault server of yours.

Err yes i was there when this incident took place, your spray wasnt the issue at all, you repeatedly TK'd and TA'd after repeated warnings.

Also you insulted the admins on that server (myself or Pol de Mol) whilst we were trying to keep the peace on that server. At that time there was alot of TK'n and TA'n goin on.

The last straw im afraid was when u was intentionally blocking a CT from exiting the vents... You said and i quote "Im not moving". So i banned you for a temporary period to cool off.

I warned everyone of the rules on that server and it seemed to me you blatantly dis-regarded the rules. So my only option was to ban you for a temporary period after numerous warnings for numerous offences.

Unfortunately there was alot going on in the server at that time and i didnt take a demo of this sequence of events.

Next time plz read the admins warnings that constantly come up over chat and you wont be punished next time.

Im sure pol de mol can back me up on the events that took place.

Actually there is no need L4rk.

PageRank even had you not been team Attacking or Team Killing or blocking insulting ANY of our guest admins (even in jest0is a surefire way to lose your "playing rights" on our server.

You have not been pema banned and should, in fact, be able to re-connect after 24 hours.

I'd advise you to go buy a cheap keyboard that doesn't, as you say, "stick" or you might find yourself removed from the server again .

Please also note that you will now be on the admins "to watch" list and, for your sake, I hope you don't appear on the "Report an Incident" forum again.
