[Abuse] Admin abuse in Crackhouse Deathmatch

Under the alias of Kos-Mos I was harassed and abused by admin "I R SUCK". Apparently it seemed like he was having a really bad day and was taking it out all on me. He claimed I was spawn killing but the server has a spawn protection in place. I believed he was wrong because in another incident, another player was complaining to another admin(whose name I don't recall) about being spawn killed and that admin replied "It's impossible for you to be spawn killed because there is spawn protection at anytime." repeatedly to that person on that same server.

In multiple instances, the admin (I R SUCK) would shoot at me-- I would kill him and he would warn me to not spawn kill on the mic. That does not make any sense at all. I told him that I was not spawn killing and he proceeded to mute me. Another player calls him "--- fag admin! Kos Mos is right!" and he banned him right away without any warnings. So I re-joined the server to tell him he needs to warn him first as an admin and he tells me to "Don't tell me how to do my job" and mutes me again. He then proceeds to harass me on the mic everytime he kills me saying how bad I suck and how noobs only use the AWP. Of course I can't say anything back because I was muted. He continues to harass me for at least 20 minutes almost everytime he kills me calling me a "noob" "you suck".

Then... the funny part is. I spawned and I got into a firefight with him 1v1 and won and immediately AFTER I killed him he says something along the lines of "Ha, lucky you had spawn protection on." on the mic and another player in the server replies "aren't u spawn camping admin?" and gets no response and tries to get him to answer. He then ignores all other players who are blatently spawn camping inside the T house rushing the T spawn with paras and focuses on me and yells at me to "Leave spawn(CT spawn, MY spawn) or I'm going to ban you!" because I was at CT spawn when I killed him with an AWP.

I am very disappointed and was very frustrated along with many other players during that time. I really do hope action is taken against this because this is downright cruel.

Our servers do indeed have spawn protection in place.

However, when you get 3-5 AWPers on the opposite team trying to get free cheap kills by focusing in on players as they are spawning, that can often destroy the good will on the server as well. You guys had 4 people with Paras spraying our spawn room. We might have gotten one of you, but the other 3 would chew us down. By the time we could get spawned again, the 4th was back and camping us as we spawned in the same room.

To boot, you also had 3 AWPers trying to kill us exactly as we spawned. If the Para guys didn't chew us down through the spawn protection, you and 2 other AWPers got us a split second after we spawned as well. Those 3 people with the Paras, were on the same IP address. I sent them several admin to player messages asking them to stop. they refused and gave me a hell of a hard time. While I am dealing with them, you are aggravating the situation by telling me how I need to do my administrative job. I then muted you, and after telling you not to leave the server and rejoin to avoid the mute, you did exactly that. Before you were muted the second time however, you took the quick moment to tell me I was "lousy". I then muted you, and as your score dropped, I indeed threw a few taunts back as well. If I killed you, I said, "and I'm lousy?". I never called you a noob, never said you sucked.

One other player did indeed ask me about *me* spawn camping. I was killing no one as they spawned. I was in your garage, and on the far side. He kept trying to knife me, charging me, and attacking FIRST, then accused me of spawn camping him.

As far as your fellow teammate saying "Kos Mos is right!!", you're lying, as exhibited below.



Just a word of advice, if an admin asks you to do something, and nicely at that, it is probably best to just heed the advice, without giving them an issue.

Also, another word of advice, if an admin is dealing with another person, or group of people, telling them what they need to be doing, doesn't help the situation either.

Any other issues with admin behavior, feel free to take a demo of said actions and submit it to Spawnpoint for further review.

One of our simplest rules on spawnpoint.com is "please do not argue on server with our admins".

If you had a problem with how Titan was enforcing our rules you should have, as you have done with this complaint, brought it to the forums and not argued on server for all to see.

Secondly, without demo or screenshot proof (As Titan has shown) spawnpoint will not enter into any "he says / she says" arguements.

As Titan states HE is the admin. YOU are not. Questioning admins decisions on server will get you dealt with fairly quickly which in this case Titan did by muting you. It's then not a good idea to disconnect from the server, re-connect and continue the arguement

In future, play nice, do as your asked and if you are still unhappy, take demos and screenshots and submit them to abuseteam@spawnpoint.com.

On a purely side issue, Joe, if you haven't done so already would you like to submit those screenshots to Phil so that "13ored" can be added to the GBL for his racist comments
