I was just Playin Normally, and BAM...Kicked and Banned! I don't even know If its a Perm Ban or Not, but Cloud gave me No Warnings or What so ever all I know is this is INJUSTICE!!! Thank you for posting Kr0w0d i'm sure the admin in question will be along to tell you why he banned you.
As per our policy the admin should have taken a demo which will be looked at by our anti cheat team. If you were not cheating you will be back on the server soon as our guest admins can only ban for 24 hours. Please be patient !

The admin that banned you did so because they thought that you were cheating.
They sent in a demo of you, I have just reviewed the demo and found it to be inconclusive so I have just been and unbanned you from that server. My apologies for the inconvenience. Our admins spend a lot of time trying to keep our servers cheat free, unfortunately an innocent player will sometimes get banned in error. This is why all permanent bans need to be reviewed by our Anti-Cheat Team to eliminate any mistakes. Thank you for the polite and reasonable way you appealed your ban. Thread closed. |
