Slayed for nothing!

When i was playing on Cs_Assault 24/7 100 tick, An admin with name "Mulder" Steam ID # 828 "Mulder" STEAM_0:0:5765426 Slayed me in the end of the round. It was when a new game was going to start. He sayd the reason was Camping outside... The truth is that I wasn't camping, I was moving around at the front... I was about to rush, when it was a little bit time left, but then he slayed me, and one more guy...

My Name in game is "Poccahontas", and my steam ID is STEAM_0:1:15785234

Hi sayd this: (ADMIN) Mulder to (Poccahontas) : "if you are so informed about the rules, you would know that"

His job is to give warnings before slaying, AND HE DIDN'T!. I won't call it camping, I was outside, and on my was on front, ready to rush, when it was some time left.

One More thing: When players is teamattacking, he doesen't give any warnings Like "Teamattacking AND Teamkilling Will Result In A Kick/Ban"..

Maybe I was playing a bit slow, so i think he got bored of it, but STILL he HAS TO GIVE WARNINGS BEFORE SLAY!! If he had give me a warning, I would have rush! (I was going to do it, but he slayed me first)

Hope Spawnpoint take this chase seriously, and I hope he get suspended, or a warning

Alright, I'm the admin in question here (I've been watching a lot of the X-files recently).

First off, your quote is not complete as I had to break it up into several lines in the text box. What I said was - if you are so informed about the rules, you would know that the general policy is to warn first, but this can be bypassed for regulars who are already aware of the rules - or something along those lines.

Second off, I slayed after the round was over, so I did not in anyway prevent you from attempting your objective.

Also, I'm sorry if I missed someone team attacking. I don't normally play on FF servers and don't always pay attention to those sort of things.

Perhaps my punishment for waiting out the round was too harsh and I probably should have warned first, regardless of whether or not you are a regular player. I'm glad you want to take admin abuse seriously, but honestly, I slayed you for camping out the round. Its not like I banned you or started slaying people at random.

Thanks for repling rigormotis.. If you are an admin on that server, do you job, or leave.. there is a lot of teamattacking, uv camping, glitching, etc...

You did not have to slay me, when you knew that the round allmost was over, and I had no time to go inside and save the hostage... BUT I DID NOT SEE ANY WARNING!!! That is the most important thing to do....

Learn the game first, and be admin after...

Barsko as a regular and an admin you do not need or get warnings, you should know better.
As for telling a member of the server support STAFF to "learn the game first be an admin after" and "do your job or leave" are beyond me!
You are a guest admin on the spawnpoint servers you do not tell the server support staff what to do !
If you feel that an admin is abusing his position you take a demo and send it to abuse@spawnpoint.com it will then be dealt with.
I think that you have over reacted to the punishment that rigor gave you and as far as i am concerned he did nothing wrong.

Davie..Sometimes I also can do wrong things, AS A ADMIN, but STILL a Staff Member should know how it works...

Rigormotis also says that he was watching x-files while he was playing. People there was teamattacking, and the teamkilled each other, also me one time... He did not do anything with it. I tried to get contact with him, but he didn't answer me.
I'm sorry for what you call "Camping out the round" Rigormotis, but you should play the game, or watch x-files, without playing games...

Wow, how many assumptions are you going to jump to barskoman. I never said I was watching at the same time I was playing. I just said I've been watching a lot of the X-files recently.

Team attacking is very hard to keep track of. The vast majority of the time it is completely unintentional. I've killed team mates before cause they happened to walk in front of me when I'm shooting. I can't be everywhere at once and know whether or not the team attacking was on purpose or just by accident. Thats up to the players to decide when they get the option to punish the person who attacked them. At the time, I didn't see anyone who was consistently and intentionally team attacking. As such, I didn't take any action.

And please, do not try to tell me how to do my job in game. I know what I'm doing and will take action when I deem it necessary, not when you or anyone else deems it necessary. I've been admin on various Assault servers at Spawnpoint for about 3 years now and have played more assault probably more than any other admin at Spawnpoint. I know the rules specific to the map.

It strikes me as ironic that rigor gets no complaints, or almost no complaints against him and you barsko get many including doing things far worse than what you accuse him of. According to SP policy which I helped write, he could have been well within his rights to skip to KICKING YOU because as a SP admin you should know the rules front and backwards. He chose not to in the spirit of trying to keep the disciple light.

This is exactly the kind of admin style we want. You are the only one that has done anything wrong here according to the evidence you supplied. Also, as far as the Tking/TAing, alot of the kind of things you show could very well have been accidental. Edited copy and pasted evidence has never been, nor ever will be, accepted as proof of an incident. You as admin should know this and should have provided an ingame SS or a demo to the abuse@spawnpoint.com. ....which you should also have known.

Go back, read the rules and use this as a learning experience. I find no evidence that rigor did anything even remotely wrong and handled it quite well. You are lucky it was not Raven or myself in that situation being that admin.
