[Banned] Stizler BANNED by Fem

hello there, im stizler a rgular at the SP 24/7 Assault l East server and i was Banned today about 5 minutes ago for saying, " Fem i a substance Abuser" as a joke and i get kicked. Then I come back trying to apologize saying it WAS ONLY A JOKE! and i believe it was FEM who banned me this is the second time i've been banned for nearly nothing, an i am getting sick of it, BAN THE HACKERS NOT ME!!!! please let me back.... and please find admins that are a little more responsible then fem...

Hey Stizler,

As a regular you should know the rules...one of them includes no swearing. I constantly have to reprimand you for doing so when we're on. So after that warning for language was given you made a comment about me I didn't appreciate so I kicked you. You then came back and made a comment about how it was only a joke but the comment was written in a way to make me look foolish so you got a 5 minute ban for basically harassing me. A very brief timeout compared to what I've seen other admins do when harassed.

anyway you made it back in after your timeout so it should be fine now.

Stiz, I warned you twice, once in private and once in voice. And feel free to report me again...it is your right to if you feel you are being abused. However I stand by my story that I warned you multiple times, and you got off easy with a 5 minute timeout.

I was present to witness this. I heard the verbal warning issued to Stizler by Fem followed by Stizler's comment on substance abusing. He was then kicked and returned moments later to issue a long, drawn out message in mockery of the kick. He was then given 5 minutes off.

Welcome to our RAI section of our forums and I hope you read this real slowly and understand what this post will include!

1st I want to inform you that reporting an Admin doesn't mean that your right and the Admin in question will get in trouble, reporting an Admin gives us the chance to review the Admin and player's actions in that particular incident and decide whether the Admin acted according to our rules and ToS or not.

From your post and Fem's post I can see that you have broken, lets see here, at least 3 of our rules. One for swearing, two for Admin abuse and non-compliance, three drug related comment (it doesn't matter if it was a Joke, we have 0 tolerance policy against drug related topics on our server we have kids that play daily, I'm sure you understand). With that given, and in my opinion a 5 min Ban was barely enough you should have been banned for no less then 1 day, you got off easy this time so don't count on it next time.

Now for future reference, if you think an Admin is abusing his/her powers feel free to report the incident and have some proof to back it up, or at least don't tell us you broken a rule and you think your abused. By proof I mean a demo, if you don't know how to record a demo please ask and I'm sure lots would jump to help, Fem being one of them.

In conclusion, breaking our rules and/or disobeying & harassing our Admins then reporting them with no real proof plus stating in your own post that you've broken a major rule isn't gonna get you anywhere. Learn from this short time ban and make sure such incidents doesn't happen again cause next time believe you me there will be no 5 min ban.
