Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post a ban appeal, so please move it if I am wrong.

I'm posting on Fuel's behalf. I am Itachi, clan leader of ExcessiveGaming UK.
Apparently there has been a little row over Fuel's sense of humour. I know he can be a complete pain in the neck sometimes. He tells me the 'rules' he was allegedly breaking weren't stated on the Message of the Day (MOTD) and that it was unfair to be permanently banned.

If this ban could be lifted at all or reduced in any way I would really appreciate it as I would with any other member in my clan.

I appreciate that you are just sticking up for your clan mate, but we don't accept 3rd party appeals. Fuel has already appealed his ban and received an answer.

I'm sure the way he explained it made our decision seem very harsh, but having a link to gay anal sex porn in your name is not acceptable on our servers. He was clearly told that those types of names were not allowed, in response he decided to make fun of me, which I let slide, then change his name to a link to a scat video, not the jazz type of scat either.

He was clearly told that those types of name were not allowed, he chose to use another one anyway, a ban was inevitable.

Sorry too post on this thread Phil even after you closed it but I have something too add.

matatsu you clan member has been banned on our server after his confrontation with Phil, then appealed on our forums and told it was final, then message me on three different occasions on our site saying the same stuff and demanding us to unban him which caused me to ban him from our site, then he asks you to appeal for him. What part of GET THE MESSAGE and move on does he not understand.

As for you and I'm talking from Clan Leader to another Clan Leader, in my clan I wont let such players stay as members none the less vouch for them, they give a bad image to me as a Leader and to my clan with those actions.
