i demo'd, went to submit, and the page said he was already banned, so I'm posting here so someone knows and can look into it. If you need the demo i got let me know.

I checked the GBL and that steam ID is not on it. Submit the demo again and put something like "in demo" where the steam ID goes. There must be a glitch in the website somewhere. We can copy and paste the ID out of the demo before we confirm cheats.

Thats me, I believe I've been put on the global twice although there have been demos submitted since I've been removed. Not sure why it isn't working for you now. Could have something to do with the update although I haven't been banned since the update so its odd.

shoot that kills it though, now i have no reason to submit since its an ACT lol, you must just be that good, i tried to submit twice and said both times hm hard to tell

Me being ACT doesn't really matter one of the other members will review the demo. If you thought it was hacks feel free to submit it doesn't bother me you are just doing your job. As xtreme said just leave the steam ID portion blank or say in demo and you should be able to submit it.

If you have to, post something before the name on the name part. The name being the same as someone who is already on the global list will cause this error as well. It will assume you are trying to ban someone who's name is on the list already.

In those cases I just turn in the demo with the name like this and it works:

Name: Name is (put name here).

This will have the "Name is" part in front of the name and not mess that up.

If it helps the community has had other ACT members with demos turned in on them.

Please be aware that just because the person you are demoing turns out to be in the ACTF or a staff member shouldn't be a reason not to submit your demo.

No one will think any less of you for doing so and, as the guys say, at least it shows you are willing to take time to demo people you think are hacking.

Just don't try to ban them muahahahahahaha

Oh I didn't know the GBL and report submission page went by name, this is good to know. As far as submitting I watched again, don't need to.
