Admin Abuse!!!

Hello sorry if this this is the wrong section for this thread but im too pi**ed off to bother looking for it.

Anyway i was playing in the UK assault server under the name "Ballack" and an admin called SPQR Pol De Mol or something similar (the Pol bit is definately right) and this admin had the clever idea of being CT, waiting untill the round is about 40 seconds in, staying at spawn and then switching himself onto T so he could rape the entire CT team in the back!! This probably isnt enough for me to bother reporting someone for just doing this as a one off but then the guy had the cheek to tell me that i was imagining it and what my console told me ((ADMIN) ﱢﱟŠPQŘﱟﱢ pǿŁ 187: swapped player ﱢﱟŠPQŘﱟﱢ pǿŁ 187 to team T) was infact an illusion, then when the other admin in the room started to back me up via admin chat (he was in the BOB clan, cant remember the exact name) and as well as others realising what he had done he then had the further cheek to tell me that hes allowed to do that as an admin!! Well ive probably played this game since before he had pubic hair and also used to be an admin for you guys so i know what they can and can't do!!!

P.S I dunno if this is also admin abuse (in my opinion it should be) but he also allways switches himself over to the winning team. Please revoke this guys admin as he is clearly a kid who cant be trusted.

Following our discussion I can understand your frustration.

Firstly, thanks for coming on the forums and reporting this. I appreciate you taking the time to actually come on and type your post.

Secondly, rest assured that admins are NOT allowed to swap themselves at will to whichever side they want especially if it's to their own advantage.

As I said though we really can't discipline the guy without proof in the form of screenshots or demos but if the other admin involved comes on here and comments I can take initial steps.

As you know Spawnpoint takes any an all admin abuse very seriously. If you have any evidence please send it in as this kind of action will not be tolerated by admins. Guest admins are put in place to ensure a clean and legit playing environment and if it was going down as you say that definitely wasn't the case. This is not something that "admins are allowed to do" as they claimed. You can switch yourself, however it should only be done after rounds and in the interest of balancing them.

Unfortunately i didnt take a screenshot no, i was too busy telling the admin just what i thought of him (in admin chat of course) but just keep an eye on him, hes a bad admin and judging by the way he acted to me afterwards, isn't mature enough or smart enough to be an admin.

oh yea i remember now the admin was "BOB Lucky Strike" i think, ask him

P.S are screenshots taken of your console admissable evidence?

well id say it was roughly between 5-15 minutes before i reported it on this site so im sure you can work it out from there.

I've had a PM from Luckystrike that I've forwarded to Phil.

We're looking into the console logs for the time around 6.45 - 7.10pm and the investigation might take a couple of days.

I promise to get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

This matter has been resolved and those involved have been sent PMs.

Using admin in this way is unacceptable and a very quick and easy way to lose your admin privileges.
