Well firstly, I don't like being accused of cheating BY AN ADMIN of all people when I've been coming on this server for months. Julia who was adminning dustfest earlier accused me of hacking, with no proof! What is it with the admins on this server? How can she fail to see the blatant teamspeak usage by the Opmesch clan?

Anyway, I don't seem to get along with the admins on this server, Robbo if it wasn't for you mate I'd probably been banned already.

Second thing, there was a hacker on dustfest a minute ago. A REAL HACKER! And because I don't agree with making baseless accusations, unlike some people, I have recorded a demo if someone would care to give me an address I can send it to.

If you ever want someone who goes on the server a lot to do some adminning for you, I have done it before on the fastgamer servers. I sincerely doubt you will approve my application seeing as all I ever seem to do is complain about the present admins (Robbo aside <3). But the offer is there and I can ban people like the dude tonight on the spot.

The best course of action, rather than banning somebody right away is to take a demo like you've done and submit it to the above address. (Hacker@phxx.net) that way, if thier caught cheating, thier ban is global and therefore they will no longer be seen on any SpawnPoint servers.

hi, welli can say, jimbo does not hack, nor do any of his clan members of BoD, i have played with them many atimes and they are just skilled, to skilled sometimes *cough* kurtz* cough* lol, anwyays i lookedat the demo jim and i agree hacksdeffo, but when i was on there he didnt hack or anything he was qwuite crap at it tbh, but he did admittohacking, which ill be sending on tomorrow for review, screenies and demos,

Jesus Christ, just when I thought it couldn't get more laughable. Let's face it, you would have gotten away with your shoddy adminning if it wasn't for Robbo to back me up, because without his support I would have been told to f*ck off by now. And you say the situation has been dealt with? In the other thread you asked me to tell you why playing goes downhill when you were on, and I thought I'd just leave things be as it has all settled down. But since you want to continue being a tit about everything here is what I was going to post before:

Alpha you ask me why the server goes downhill when you're on?

- I don't agree with the way you give 16k to everyone, and then restrict weapons. (and thank God Robbo told you to stop when you did it earlier)
- Restricting weapons is taking away a part of the game. I can understand why you want might to LIMIT the number of AWPs/Autos per side, otherwise you can get into an AWPfest situation, but banning them altogether is pretty stupid I feel. Fair enough if this is the policy of the server and not just a policy of YOURS then fine, I will live with it and move to another server.
- I disagree with your accusations of camping. As Trev and Robbo have pointed out, as long as an attempt has been made by either side to complete the objectives within the time limit then there shouldn't a problem. If the round time is 3 minutes, NO ONE should be disciplined before at least a minute is left. As you can plant a bomb or hunt down the enemy players within a minute with ease.
- I think it's harsh kicking people for speaking other languages on the server. Again, if this is a policy of SPAWNPOINT then fair enough, but if it's YOUR policy then it's a bit fascist imo.
- You use the excuse that MCG clan should not be messed with last night. This was utterly ridiculous. You're supposed to be adminning a PUBLIC server. This is NOT MCG's clan server, it's public and as such you should be unbiased. As Robbo says, you don't know jack about the other players and how 'reasonable' or 'fair' we are either. You were wrong about the situation last night, the MCG clan were being a bunch of tits. It's just favouritism and it sucks.
- Last night I was trying to get some of these points across to you, and you just told me to leave. Don't come on here and say you are willing to listen to any complaints I may have when last night you were just effectively telling me to 'like it or lump it'.
- You accuse my friend Trev of being abusive to YOU??? This has never happened! I have known him for ages, as has Raven (Robbo) and we can both tell you that he will only get abusive if he feels aggrieved. The CTs were accusing him last night of not understanding how to play, and he has more gamesense than all of us put together. I'm not surprise he kicked off, and to say that he's been abusive to you before is just lying.
You seem to flip flop constantly between wanting to find out why I have such an issue with you, and then tell me to 'knock it off'. Just what exactly is it you want?

Why am i replying?

1. I generally put up an awp restriction vote following requests from players to ban awp, if the majority vote for restriction then i feel it's only fair to carry out the restriction, sorry if you disagree with this.
2. 8 out of 10 do like it, however on hindsight maybe I have been a little over generous regarding money and have noted this for future reference.

Anything else i can't remember what you typed, and i will not bother to look back on it...
I got grip of myself tonight on common grounds, it was more then fun... so yeah, i found my twist here with the things that happened...
For the rest... I apologise for any previous misunderstandings, and hope that we can just go back to fun playing now and hope we can put this matter behind us.

There IS a limit on the number of AWP's allowed on the Dustfest derver.
Auto snipers should be restricted.
Spawnpoint DOES NOT condone the kicking of foreign players for speaking their NATIONAL languages on the servers.
The server is a SPAWNPOINT server and not MCG's BOD's or any one elses mate.
Camping and abuse for said thing is a "fair point" that is currently under review as differing admin take a differing stance on said point.
Giving out loads of cash to players "could" be construed as a form of cheating / abuse by some people.
You are correct in assuming that Trev had never met Alpha on server until the night before last.
I'm trying to get this sorted mate PLEASE bear with me.

Wow, where to start?

I don't think an admin should ever accuse a player of hacking on server. If an admin is certain a player is hacking, then they should ban that player, after recording enough demos to prove it. If an admin suspects a player is hacking, then they should record demos and either watch the demos and make a decision or submit them to hacker@phxx.net. There may be some circumstances in which an admin could talk with a suspected hacker, but these are not common. An admins priority with a hacker should be to get them on the global ban list by recording demos and submitting them to hacker@.

Jimbo, thanks for sending in the demo of Unknown Error 404, I've banned him 5 times from that server with 5 different ids. I'll reply to your email later and make it 6. If you want to apply for admin, email staff@phxx.net include, steam id, server ip, forum name, real name, in game name, admined before and anything else you think would be relevent.

Alpha, your first post in this thread (now deleted) was just not acceptable. You shouldn't post anything like that regardless of what you have, or haven't been accused of. We ask people appealing a ban to be calm and polite and we expect regular forum users to do the same, especially admins. I've made some dumb, wrong or just plain embarrassing posts in the past, just try to take a deep breath, count to 10 and re-read the post you're replying to before posting a more considered reply.

Jimbo, with regards to your big list, Raven has answered most of that quite nicely. If Raven hadn't have posted you would not have been told to f**k off, we do take complaints seriously. I'll be discussing some of the points you have raised in the admin only forum, so don't think you're being ignored. And we have plenty of admins left that you haven't complained about[:-].
