Y are you guys so unlenient with your bans

Ive been reading some posts and i have seen that the support staff here are bullies. You guys thrive on perm banning people on incidents that were not major and were needing a second chance. Granted people here are breaking the rules but come on give some leniency. People make mistakes and it is your guy job to be just and fair. You guys should give people here a second chance and check up on them from time to time to see if they don't break the rules. Granted this may be a hastle but to those who are being perm banned they would appreaciate it and i bet you any money most would not commit anymore crimes. The stuff i see here aswell is nothing compared to the stuff i see on your servers. Like i don't mean to single out but this guesswho or something did not say something that bad. Granted he was out of line with saying it but from what i have read he has apologized multiple times for a not so serious crime. I'd say he deserves like a week ban not perm. Anyways i was just filling in on some issues maybe server support staff you guys could take these suggestions to heart and don't just disregard them I'd say spawpoint would be better off.

You don't mean to single out guesswho huh? Well thats funny considering you have the same IP. You do realize we have access to that? Spawnpoint is a place for players of all ages. Therefore we ask players to respect each other in the servers and follow certain guidelines. If you can't do something as simple as that then yes you will end up banned. You've been told why you have been banned and have been removed from the forums on one account already for spamming. You aren't showing any change as far as your maturity level therefore there would be no reason to unban you. If you can adhere to the guidelines spend $20 for the game again.
