Bulldog Harassment
I was on CSS earlier today and was talking to bulldog, a formed PHXX member. He was continuously swearing at me using racism and clearly admitted to hacking, as well as insulting spawnpoint. I got screen shots of this and here they are.

We still do not have any "evidence" from either one of you. If no evidence is submitted, we can't take any action either way. We will watch for what the complaint was about in the future.
