can i also recommend that pwnd recruit some admins, as there aren't admins online for shit like this a lot of the time. thanks! :-)

ROFL. im in an out ALOT. so are the other members....when im not working, im playing. but THANK YOU for reporting this. I told you that if you posted here for problems, they would get resolved. So, did you get a demo? If so, please send it to staff@spawnpoint.com this way they can take a look at it, otherwise, if you didn't, post what you thouhgt he was doing, an i will go incognito an spec him. i was at work at the time of this post.... but he's mine if he's hacking.......

He was wallhacking. specifically shooting guys through the roof (and following them as they ran away from it) when there was no way for him to know where they were. I was hoping to find an admin more so than find a demo, since i never see that guy there anyway, so i didn't take a demo, but i will next time if you want.

fyi, i play on the server almost every day for atleast an hour or two, and i would say there is an admin on only about 30% of the time. :-/

There is no shortage of admins on that server. 90% of the PWND members are admins on that server, and there are usually at least one there at one time. Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they aren't there. I rarely use my tag, and some of the other members use alias's too. Most of the time during the day (i don't know about night-time), there is an admin on - sometimes more.

If you see a hacker, record a demo. If you see someone spamming or saying racist crap, record a demo. We want the servers to be fun whether an admin is there or not. Screenshots are great, but they can be altered.

Also, when you record demo's, type "sb_status" into the console. If that doesn't work, use "status". This makes sure that the person's steamid gets banned correctly. I'm sure you can imagine someone copying a player's name, going on a different server, recording a demo of themself hacking, and posting the original player's steamid just to get them banned. If "sb_status" or "status" is in the demo, this ensures that the Anti-Cheat team gets the right person.

Heh, just got another, and emailed it. No admins on to help out on this one, hopefully the demo has everything needed (I doubt it will fail to get the guy banned). I believe he may still be on.

Ah, as a brief edit, I received an emailed response that the situation has been resolved and the player was found to be hacking. I'll send the email to you anyway Cooper, just for the sake of making sure my demos are good enough (Nigel complimented my demo, but I'm always a sucker for flattery....)
