Banned..

Well, I've come to find out that i'm permanently banned from all spawnpoint.com servers.. This is news to me. I recently joined a new clan called My Fellow DeeJay and they play on SpawnPoint East all the time. Now, I've never before played in a spawnpoint server, but I think I know why I was banned. A very long time ago I know my cousin was on my account screwing off, I have no idea how he got my password or why he did this, but he picked up some hacks, went on a ton of servers, and got me banned from a lot of them. I tried to be mature with him and ask him why he did it but he just yelled in my face and acted like a mad man. Now it may sound like a very lame excuse, but it is the truth unfortunately, if it wasn't I don't think I would be making such an effort to restore my name. I've been talking to several admins from different servers, going on websites such as this and trying to clear everything up. I would really like to be able to actually see what these spawnpoint servers are like (they sound really fun from what I hear), and I would also like to play with my fellow clan members and not feel so left out
haha.

Anyways, I hope you take what i have said into consideration, I know it just sounds like an excuse as to why I got banned, but it is the truth.

Please post your SteamID so I can check our ban list, it will look something like STEAM_0:1:12345678.

If your account was banned for hacking recently I can check the demo to confirm it was correctly banned, if it was more than 6 months we may no longer have the demo.

If it is confirmed that cheats were being used on your account it will remain banned. It's your SteamID and your responsibility, we have no way of knowing who is using an account.

So, there is no possible way that i will be able to ever play on your servers? i mean, can't i redeem myself somehow from what my cousin did?

Sorry, Spawnpoint has a strict policy on hackers. Your SteamID will not be removed from the ban list.

If you like, you are welcome to return to spawnpoint servers with a new steamid.

For the future, make sure you have full control over your account. It does not matter who the person was that did the hacking, if it was on your account you are responsible for it.

Well, thank you for your time and effort. Sorry about this whole mess, hopefully one day i'll be able to play with u guys if i get a new steam account or something.
