retribution/phxx titan banned the mad hatter and the player sev for no apparent reason. we would like to know why we wer talking in french and ret says we told him to shut up. this did not happen. me and sev wer talking about platapuss people. and saying weird crap.


we did not do anything wrong and we would like to get unbanned since we got banned for no reason at all talking in french is not telling sombody to shut up.

if ret did not understand what we wer saying.

Shall we explain the part where you guys were screaming a song into the mic for 3-5 minutes straight?

Upon asking several times for you guys to PLEASE not spam singing into the mic, Sev responded to me by singing "Shuuutuppp people, shutup peeeeople, shutuppp peeeeople...".

I asked you one last time to stop spamming the mic with singing, and your responses were no, we won't.

Now you're out for a day. Thank goodness I had the presence of mind to record the singing and behaviors in a demo. I also had the presence of mind to use a different STEAM ID, because you see, I was sent a message about you two through STEAM friends. I am often sent messages about you specifically Mad Hatter, at nighttime, as you seem to think that server is your personal forum to yack nonstop, and make up your own rules about the classes, and threaten people with banishment. Problem normally is though, when I log on, you type "top", see that its me, and calm down before you can get in trouble for it. I have had to use my stepsons account and even a third account to catch some of this behavior, as I had done last night.

Here is your official warning, since I have had to ask you a dozen times on the server. Do not spam the mic, do not threaten people about having them banned for playing certain classes ( which aren't banned ), and quit with all the talking. There are constant complaint about you on that server, and frankly, I get tired of my steam friends ringing all night asking me to please log on. Hell, I even thought it was funny the other night, when Hitman and quite a few other PHXX logged on under aliases and you were being quite the little pain in the rear, without knowing who you really were being a pain in the rear to. Hitman was quite lenient on you that night, he probably was in a good mood.

Sev, you have been banned for profanity before, and you have been fine lately. Yesterday, you said you downloaded some aimbots ( which I obviously thought you were joking ), and pulled 3 aimbotlike headshots from a distance. It was obvious you were using something, as I went to spec and so did you instantly. One of *your* friends then contacted me on Steam friends, and asked me not to ban you, as he didn't think you seriously were going to go get them when you disappeared. When I explained you could be globally banned for using any hacks, he said I was being harsh, and you didn't deserve a global ban for only using hacks once. You get the benefit of the doubt this time, as I wasn't quick enough to record that before you went spec. You wouldn't respond on the mic at all to questions.

Just because the server isn't that populated, doesn't give you two a right to disrupt gameplay as you see fit. You have both had to be told the rules many many times. Please let this be the last instance of behavior like that.
