[RPD]Admin Abuse

Okay first time it was funny now it is getting out of hand.
Im Talking about Spawnpoint Evolution Server.

One of the Member of RPD i hink last part of his name is CHOK3. He kicks people on the oppisite team when they say that was bs to a certain kill.But his clan member can curse at other palyers or say racial slurs. I dont think RPD should have admin anymore since they are part of a clan and always defend thei clan and kick people whom they dont like.One time there was a french player that join would spoke bad english. PRD said "learn better english and fight wars n**** frenchie and come back when you do".
I have been playing on spawnpoint for over a year and do not want my experiance ruied by some immature child,Please do something about this.There are enough admins at the server as it is

Went back to the server asked why i got kicked? I got called a smelly mexican.Which i am not,even mexican. I killed the so called RPD Admin Fenix.Chok3 with an awp and i got kicked and banned.Please take him out you can ask the other RPD Admin Dipset or Eat the Box i think.He is a Great Admin but FENIX you really have to take away becuase this is not fair and would like to go back to my fav, server.Which now i cant,THanks.Also i dont know if this will help but i was also an admin for a while but i gave it up since i figured to many people had admin,So he should do the same,Thank you.ALso please Unban me this is gettin very irritating<Thank you

If you don't have a demo to back up these accusations, then I wouldn't expect much to happen.

I know Spawnpoint takes admin abuse seriously, admins are there to improve the gaming experience and apply the rules, not abuse their admin powers for their own amusement.

Like Dirty Bird said, unless you have a demo of admins behaving unacceptably or a senior Spawnpoint admin witnesses it, then it is not likely that an admin will have their admin priviledges revoked. To record a demo, open console, type record anynameyouwant, record for a round or two then type stop in console.

Do you know how long you were banned for? If it was a permanent ban then the admin involved would be expected to provide some proof of what you did wrong or justify the ban. If they can't do that then provide Spawnpoint with your steam id and they will unban you. [RPD] do post on the forums regularly so I expect they will post with their side of the story.

i do know for a fact that fenix would have good reason to ban you. he would not ban because you killed him, thats not who he is, hes also one of our members that takes a long ass time to decide whetehr someone is hacking or not. as dirty said, no demo to back it up. and after your bitching here i sure as hell wont let you back on too easy. i think YOU need to find a new server cause making enemies is not a good idea, slip up once and your gone.

*as noticed above* we do watch out for our own, but were also sure as hell to be the first to tell em off if they step out of line. you worry bout yourself, ill worry bout my boys.

Alright, to justify myself, I would first like that this is a temp. ban. I banned you because of how you acted on the server. I don't ban people just because they kill me. If they kill me all the power to them. Alot of what you said, as fair as I can tell is not true, we never ban people just beacuse of BS Kills. I take my sweet ass time when I ban people because of a third party program. You where banned because of the way you acted on the server. It was a ban for a half an hour. So by tomorrow, you should be able to play again, however know that this is a community and there are "possible" younger kids that play on the server. The top part of your post, I have not a clue what you are talking about... We would never use racial slurs because that is what we try to enforce.

I find it hard to believe that anyone one of our members used racial slurs against you, the rpd members and myself do not tolerate racism, we also ban people who don't obey the no racism rule. So i highly doubt one of my clanmates used such language, could we get a demo, plz?

we do not have abad rep. I admit that we have each had one person come on here a complain about us. Most of the regulars on the server enjoy having us around.

RPD and bad reputation?!?!?Unbelievable! The RPD clan have always up held the Spawnpoint admin guidelines. In regards to killing RPD players, they WANT the challenge.

Play within accepted social norm, have fun, and don't be immature. EvolutionGaming is a good community server to play on.

I know the RPD guys, and am admin on the evolution gaming server too, and know they would never kick someone for killing them, or start saying racial slurs, and most of the other things you named that you said they "did". Personally, I doubt half of the things you said were even true. Admins on spawnpoint servers dont just kick, and especially ban, for no reason. Think back on what you may have done to deserve your punishment.
