I was just playing like everyone else. Fallen1 was there for sure and there were other clan guys playing but I can't remember all the names, Tubby something etc. Anyway, I was kicked and banned for no reason. I wasn't typing much or talking or fighting with anyone. I would like to know why I was randomly banned? Hopefully, it's some kind of mistake and you guys can unban me because I was enjoying playing on your servers and fragfest east 2 seems to be your most active one, thanks.

*Edit* I'm assuming I was banned for hacking since there wasn't another possible reason. I also just read your rules per DigitalDew post regarding admin bannings and I would like to know if there was a demo of me "hacking" taken. I'm sure if anyone watches the demo we can clear this up easily as it would prove that I am completely legitimate.

I read some of the other posts about people saying they were banned and got the ip of the evolution server. I figured I'd give that one a shot. I joined and chose a team, was watching the round play out and then was kicked and banned from that server. I didn't even get a chance to play! I'm not trying to sound like an ass, but what's the deal? This is getting ridiculous.

very strange....the people here dont USUALLY ban people for no reason. if u have any other idea why u might have been banned, please share it. also, are u a regular in the east 2 server?

I honeslty don't have any other ideas why, hopefully fallen1 and tubby can shed some light on it seeing as they are the only two names I definetly remember seeing. No, I'm not a regular, I've played in a few of the servers before, but on/off for short periods. The only other clan member that may recognize my name is Hitman, i've played and talked with him a few times. I would really like to get this worked out soon, and thanks for the support bird.

If you could leave us your Steamd I.D. that would be nice so we can unban you. Also if no admin replies then we'll have you unbanned ASAP

sure, it was around 8-9ish eastern. My steam id is STEAM_0:0:8305867. I was banned from Fragfest East 2 and then subsequently from Evolution. Thanks for the quick replies guys.

I guess one of the admins hit "ban" instead of "kick" or something.

I was playing in FragFest I think yesterday, and put myself into the spec mode, then went out and walked my dogs. When I came back I had been kicked from the server. So I guess admins don't like people clogging up their server by sittin in the spec space.

You were banned under suspicion of hacking. I was there and witnessed your "esp" around corners and crosshairs that "snapped" to target. There were multiple admins watching you, Starlog and some with tags on like Tubby and Fallen and some like me under an alias. You were getting kills after watching walls, getting off incredibly "lucky" shots, then you walked around like a noob and someone kills you easily. This makes it hard to believe that your kills were skill. It almost looked like you were letting yourself be killed. If, after the spawnpoint staff looks at the demo, you are found to be innocent....the ban will come off. I don't really see this happening...my advice to you is unbind your "toggles" and play the game right or you will either be finding new servers alot or have to buy new CSS CD keys.

I'm one of the admins on the Evolution server. Not familiar with your tag. Don'tknow why you would be banned from Evolution.. . .

I don't have esp. I would like you to host the demo so everyone else can see it. I guarantee that every corner kill I made was because the other guy was running around and I could easily hear them with headphones. As for my aiming, and I've got crap about it before from people on differnet servers. I play with 1.2 sensitivity so naturally to people who aren't familiar with low sensitivity my aiming may look choppy. The demo will show that i in NO way snap to anyone. I've very diappointed that you banned me just because you were "SUSPICIOUS" of my play. I also think its funny that you think that just because I can kill a lot of people and then get shot in the back by someone or run around a corner and get owned that that makes me a hacker... I guarantee that you have no proof of any hacking as I am completely legitimate. :/ If you don't know why I was banned from evolution, then please unban me from that server. I've NEVER even played a round in it.

*edit* On a side note, I would gladly put myself out for another look at my play. You can unban me at a specific time this week and spec me while I play, I'll explain everything I'm doing and thinking to prove that I don't cheat. Yes, I read that in another post. I'll even takea first person demo while showing the SAME skill level.

I was playing for awhile with OPREP in the evo server and allowed him to spec me, he didn't have any problem with my play.

Thanks, I try not be a jerk even though this entire situation is greatly frustrating me. Again, I would like to reiterate my dissatisfaction with this situation. I guess you unbanned me from east 2 because I was allowed to play there today with the same steamid. I was harrassed by your clan members, specifically phxxskinny, along with a few others that were there. They proceeded to insult me and then one admin started using the console and was typing "hacks detected on makav3li proceeding with ban" over and over. I was then kicked and banned again. I played for about half an hour in the server and openly invited ayone who wanted to to spec me and nobody did. guns, skinny, colt, and a few others were there. for a gaming community this big I'm very dissapoionted at the treatment I have so far recieved. Again I ask from PROOF of your hacking claims. You have yet to even produce a demo! I also want you guys to understand how ridiculous this whole thing is. Just because someone can play well sometimes, doesn't mean that they cheat

That being said, at what point are you going to admit that you have no evidence to back up your accusations and allow me to play freely like ANY other counter-strike:source player would be allowed to on your servers? I say this with respect to the believe that as administrators you will eventually do the right thing and allow a legitimate player to enjoy your servers.
