Just a SteamID will do. Without knowing your SteamID we can't find out why you are banned.

To find your SteamID just join any server, open console, type status and press enter. This will bring up a list of all the players on the server and their SteamIDs, just look for your name and then next to it will be something that looks like STEAM_0:0:12345678. If you don't know how to open consol, just go to options, keyboard, advanced and then tick "enable developer console", then when in game press ` to open console.
