My site:
I see it as, him having hotkeys with a lot of admin shit, thats okay but, everytime he dies he pushes them all or something like that.. started from there, then he team attacked me, and acted like nothing if it was me i would be yelled at for example "STOP IT", because a teammate ran infront of my aim. Then team balance switched me, then i killed him, for some reason he now come with treaths about banning me. then he muted me for killing him again, then the timelimit of map ended, switced to same map, i get muted again this time for no apperent reason. Then it told him to stop acting like a kid. a few minutes after banned.

Yesterday:
I played there to, i got in a argument with a guy called Dash about awpers is just boring, and people that needs to zoom, are terrible aimers. Than the same admin joined and started yelling, and spamming green messages, i just left there..

You are also provoking an admin wich is not wise.

Also, I had issues with you last week about flaming towards another player. After my warning you stopped and that's something we like to see, that players take the warning and play normally again.

I know Vio and he ain't somebody who bans without a good reason and would like to see his comment on this.
But from the footage you posted I see clearly you are provoking him.

Hello Tuck and welcome to Spawnpoint.

Yes I muted you and yes I banned you. A few things you were doing on the server which are not allowed and are annoying:

1. Swearing which is not allowed, its in the server rules.
2. I silenced you for a reason, partly for your choice of language and partly because your chat was causing tension, so when you rejoin the server which enables you to chat again, and start flaming it gets very annoying. dont try and bypass the admins Actions.
I just carried on muting you when you tried to provoke me and you carried on rejoining so I banned you, but not after you had ample warning.

So I dont really see your point here.

Fix your swearing system than, and cencor the word instead of the whole message.. annoying to retype almost every message because of a yucky system..

cus i had the "shit" word in a whole sentence it blocked it.. damnit/shit whats the difference?..

i explained my opinion about cencoring shit already..

and next time you "Punish" might want to explain why, cus you just muted me.. why i rejoined.

As far as I see this incident, Tuck you were quite clearly asked to stop swearing and on many occasions you were silenced because of this and because of back chat. The admin has the right to do so without question. Whether you think that the admin was pressing his binds too much or not the point is you are going to provoke a response by questioning an admins actions.

If you feel that an admin has abused his powers or is doing something that they should not do on the servers then air that on the forums where a discussion can be made. Rather than answering back on the server and causing more tension. Also if an admin mutes you then it is because said admin thinks that any conversations made by yourself is either going against that servers rules or are making it difficult for the admin to do his duties. Rejoining a server to get around a mute can get you kicked and/or banned.

Also excessive swearing is not tollerated on any of SpawnPoint's servers and after you have been warned you must cease to do so. Any action taken by an admin to try and prevent any further rule breaking is not against server rules providing said admin follows the correct procedure.

Im sure you can get along with players fine but it is not up to any player to question any admin on what they are doing on any server. Again if you feel something has been done that goes against the rules then record a demo and send it in. Or again post any information or comments on the RAI section of the forums.
