Banned for changing nick

Topic says it all, Vihannes banned me from the Office server for changing nick to 'Vihannes<3'.
"Disconnect: STEAM UserID STEAM_0:1:6037348 is banned."

Apologies for the delay in responding.

It was a 30 minute ban for "ignoring admins" given by Vihannes. I assume this was for using his name.

This is taken from out terms of service:

That would cover using an admins name or pretending to be an admin or staff member. The admin should have warned you to change your name before any ban was issued.

First you changed your name to Vihanne s or something similar. Then I asked you nicely to change your name and you changed it to Sennahiv (backwards Vihannes). And as you are regular you should something about rules. Shortly after that you changed your name to Vihaannes. I was about to ban you then but you changed your name right after to something else. Few rounds and you changed your name to Vihannes<3 and you got your 30min ban for ignoring me. I even asked you are you begging for temp. ban.
