Good Afternoon all,

I just want to report an admin abuse on server 76.74.166.242:27015 Deatmatch. I was kicked and banned for no reason. I have been playing there the past 1 month and had no problems till today. The admin that is abusing his power goes by Indeed. He probably has plenty of more alias because I have noticed different name changes and was uable to get his steam id.

In my opinion, this admin rages to fast and accuses anyone who kills him with ease to hack. I kill him 9/10 times and accuses my of wallhacking and aimbot because I always 1 deag this fella in the head. Also, this afternoon when I was warming up in the server, another fella name Chillin who is a regular in SpawnPoint servers also said that this admin Indeed always power trips or admin abuse against better players because if thinks he is the best in the server and he cannot tolerate anyone to frag more then him. In my opinion, admins like this makes a bad name for Spawn Point.

Another example of this admin taking advantage of his power in the server is when Indeed shot me in the head with an ak when I peaked out with an awp. It was a NiceShot from him indeed, but after that he commented "Have a seat kid" and "You cant awp me". Right after that I go on a rampage shoot him in the head with deagle the next 5 times I see him. I did comment to him back after the 1st time I killed him with "sit".... he then starts telling me that I should never speak like that to him and he will not tolerate that.

In my opinion, this fella Indeed is basically talking sh*t to everyone but will not allow anyone to talk sh*t back....that is not fair at all. It is only a game and sh*t talking is part of the game. But this admin who supposely states he is 37 years old...acts like a 12 year old b*tch who whines to his mom to change his diaper. Excuse my french...I speak what is true.

What really is bad about this admin, is when Indeed starts the shit talking and his skillz in the game cannot back it up. It was obvious I made him rage, not only did I keep shooting his face off with 1 bullet as I rush, I also made him rage like a 12 year old kid. This admin in my opinion needs to have his admin revoked now. There use to be alot of skilled ppl who would play in that server, now...it is as Chilllling told me, they all either left or were banned because of this admin Indeed.

For everyone's information...I have been playing Counter Strike since 1.3 or over 10 years. I do have a variety of years in league play as well. I am currently in Cal Main for over 5 seasons and Cevo Main for over 2 seasons currently. So I am not a random noob who just started to play this game and gets incredible HeadShots everytime. But I can hold my own, and I know for a fact that I am 100 x better then this admin. Me and wife actaully enjoy playing the server because there are not alot of kids that talk down on ppl in the server, it is fast paced and race to 100 kills!

Here are the 2 steam ID that was banned today around 1 hour ago, you can check it out for proof on leages as well. I know a admin that will vouch for me as well, he goes by Tenkae.

It would be great to get unbanned so I can enjoy playing the server as well, I also use to play the SpawnPoint Awp server...but seems like it was takened down. I use to be a regular there around 1 yr ago and was always #1. Again, ask Tenkae about me.. he knows me by GreenTea.

I hope this short write up will either get me unbanned or have this fella Indeed revoked from ADMIN for life.

Thank you for taking the time to type up the post, if you have any proof of this incident please send it in to abuseteam@spawnpoint.com. Either demo with status or ss's with status and parts where the admin acted questionably. If the admin felt sure you were hacking they are not required to give you any reasoning behind a ban. As of now there have been no demos turned in on either of those id's however.

Hopefully the admin in question will either come in and respond or turn in the demos. Unless this person was staff the maximum amount of time you can be banned is 24 hours. Please refrain from posting anymore until the admin has a chance to respond or we review the demos. Thank you for choosing Spawnpoint, hopefully you will be hearing back from us soon.

1. Chillin I know from an old server community. Myself and him have a history. Chillin barely *ever* plays there, but I have played there regularly for 3 years now. He never said anything of that nature. Your credibility is shot on this alone.

2. I won all 3 maps I was there with you on, prior to the banning. But I forgot, you weren't trying. Your ban actually came for suspected activity, and the demo will be submitted. You weren't banned because I was mad that you were "better", that is laughable. Several people in the server expressed concern, and so I went under an alias, and spec'ed you, and recorded a demo.

3. You got frustrated when I was making certain AK shots. You started the craptalking. Once you started killing me after you switched to the AWP ( The AK you were barely able to ), You started saying "sit down", "sit". I then said "Have a seat next to me", after killing you the following 3 times. I was then a Noob, You started asking what league experience I had, and saying "#Bad", "#Bad" over and over. It was at that point I said okay, enough of the talking, lets play. You kept it up. I asked you to drop it and let me play. You replied "You are playing".

4. The quote above explains your behavior on the server in a nutshell. Too often players come to the forum and present a squeaky clean image they had while playing, often totally untrue. You were harassing plain and simple. I kicked you twice before the ban, just simply on your behavior alone. You were given plennty of warnings.

5. I do not think I am the best in the server, lol. There are millions of players better than me, a fact I state often. I do expect a few of them to wander through the server occasionally.

Upon returning to the server under a different name ( I suspected it was you anyway ), several of the same players said that they thought it was you. I asked, and you admitted it ( after taunting some more of course on a few AWP kills with "sit down" ), and I banned that ID as well. I had already banned you for suspected hacking, and recorded a demo. You're not going to come back under a different STEAM ID until the first incident is reviewed by the ACT team.

I saw your STEAM ID, and how low it was. 6 digit I believe. I always look at that first to gauge a players skill level. I also have seen some serious league members use various help when playing. Your resume means nothing when suspicious activity is being reviewed. If the demo proves inconclusive, you will be allowed to play again.

I have reviewed the demo and it did not show any hacks. I have gone in and unbanned this steam ID....STEAM_0:0:313621. Let us know if you have trouble connecting.

As far as the "abuse" goes, there was none on the demo submitted by the admin in question. We don't accept hearsay evidence nor can we take people's word for it for obvious reasons. Posting more about what the admin may or may not have been doing without proof is ice skating up hill I am afraid. In the future if you have trouble with one of our admins, get a demo going, type status in console while it is running, and submit it to abuseteam@spawnpoint.com. Our staff reviews all evidence impartially.

I've unbanned that ID, any problems connecting then please message either me or X. You can do that by clicking on our green forum name to the left.

A note to the admins, we need demos for each individual SteamID even if you know it's someone who has already been banned.

I think we can call this one closed.
