I dont have a problem meeting girls, it is the type of girl I want to meet rather..

I am huge, and I mean huge into fishing, and camping, and being outdoors and I dont go to the bar, or party much unless It is a small get together around a campfire, or at a buddies house.. Reason being I have more important things to throw my money on than the bar!

Why is it so hard to find a girl that isnt interested in a party animal, or the mans man that likes to push weights and drink his ass off? And on top of that, are there any girls out there who enjoy the outdoors and could survive a day without a shower? lol

Mayby my age group? 21? I could understand the problem if I lived in a city, but my town has a pop of 900! were all hicks and still! haha

any ideas?

Let me answer your question I quoted above by telling you how I spent my vacation last week. I was in the woods for a week with my son and 11 other boys from his Scout troop at summer camp. I was sleeping in a tent, cooking over a fire (or on a camp stove) and I only took a shower twice during the week. So yes, there are girls that do enjoy that kind of thing. I happen to be an assistant scoutmaster for a Boy Scout Troop, but I love being outdoors anyway.

While you mention that you could understand having a problem finding girls that share your interests in a city versus your small town, I believe your small town may just be your problem. If you were in a larger town or city, you would be exposed to a much larger cross-section of the population. You would have the opportunity to meet people with varying interests. You would even meet city-folk who like to rough it in the woods!!

As far as meeting someone with common interests...I would look around in your town or maybe nearby towns for clubs or groups that meet for fishing, camping, etc. While you will find that there are a lot of guys in them, there will be some girls as well.
